The Master Designer of the Universe

If the universe had to be designed by a master architect, then surely the architect must be even more complex than his creation. Therefore, who designed God? This pushes us into infinite regression once again. So the proposition of God as the master designer does not answer anything at all.                                                                                                                                                                                             In the meantime, could any of you dear readers, really believe that God as the creator of the universe like the creation of the planet earth,  had to have his only begotten Son Jesus come to earth to fix the sick  human problems of sin, crime, unbelief, and corruption by getting himself crucified on the cross, and while dying on the cross, cried out loud" MY GOD, MY GOD, WHY HAS THOU FORSAKEN ME?
