The past two days have been filled with bliss. I've gotten super close with Moniece and Bryan. Then, Chris.... he's walking around here like we're a bonafide couple. It's weird how we've only known each other for like three days but we built this tight bond.
This morning, we went to breakfast with Chris and his mom, and he brought me flowers. It was the cutest thing ever and I finally felt like somebody was paying attention to me. Somebody was finally interested in ya girl.
But, anyways.... we're fast forwarding to what's happening now.
"Alright future doctors, make your way down to the floor, so we can take the oath of certification and we can get this party started!"
The master of the ceremony yelled out as we were still in our seats. Our parents ended up coming today because it's the last day of the convention. After we take the oath, we can go, or we can stay for the party. Of course I'm staying so I can get my groove on.
"Come on y'all! We gotta get a good spot by the stage!" Mo yelled out as she ran down the stairs with Bryan.
"Come on Jay..." Chris said with a smile as he reached his hand out to grab mine.
I looked left to our moms and they had smiles on their faces. They seem happy. My brother started clapping his hands like an idiot.
"You get on my nerves." I said to Tae as he laughed and I grabbed Chris' hand.
As we walked down the stairs, we noticed the floor level filling up quick by the stage.
"We gotta hurry up, they bouta start!" He semi-yelled to me over the loud music. With that being said, let me put a pep in my step.

I was all on my Snapchat laughing at how big of a deal they were making this. It felt just like a concert. They brought out a DJ table, gave us glow sticks, and everything.
"So.... where's the music that I can get down to?" Mo asked as we all just stood around. I shrugged my shoulders as she placed her hand on my arm. Chris and Bryan were standing in front of us talking.
Suddenly we heard the beat to "That's What I Like" by Bruno Mars and we almost lost it.
"Aye aye aye I gotta condo in Manhattan! Baby girl what's hanin'!" Every teenager in the center yelled out as we all started dancing.
They turned the lights out, so you could just see the glow sticks and the people around you. It was so cool.
"I was gonna go back to the hotel, but I guess this dance should be fun." Chris leaned down to say to me as I shook my head agreeing.
