Sammy's POV
"Sam, what are you doing?" Shawn asked
"Give me my phone back, Sam?" He said going to grab it. But I pulled back.
"No, not till you give me mine back" I said
"God damn Sam" He said
"Give me mine phone now or I will call Grayson"
"And do what?" He said pissy
"Tell him where we are" I said
"Sam" he groaned
"You KNOW that I trust you and I listen to you. Why don't you trust me" I said sadly
"I do" He said
"No, you don't!" I said
"I don't trust you either! You are so sketchy!" I said
"Please Sam" He said
"Give me my phone. I'm leaving" I said at this point Ryan and the girls were watching
"where are you going?" he said
"It's none of your business" I said
"But I care about you" He said
"Phone" I said, Shawn looked at Ryan. Shawn threw my phone at me.
"Follow me and you will be dead" I said grabbing the gun off the counter next to me.
I instantly ran out. I didn't know where I was going but I knew I needed to leave. If I learned one thing from Shawn, it's how to hot wire cars.
I was driving out of town. I didn't know what I was doing and it was getting dark. I stopped at a motel and went it. I got a room and sat on the edge of the bed rocking. I grabbed my phone and plugged it in. I went to Lexi name and looked at it. I turned my phone off again and just sat there.
I picked it up again and pressed call. It started to ring till I just ended the call. I went to Grayson and thought about calling. I just pressed called and it started to ring.
"Sam?" I heard Gray say
"Gray?" I asked
"Are you okay?" He asked me
"Ya" I said lying
"what's going on?" He asked
"I found out Shawn was lying so I left and now I'm in the lame motel" I said laughing
"Are you safe, Sam?" He asked me
"I don't know and honestly I don't think I care that much" I said
"If you aren't okay, Sam. I'll come find you" He said
"Who the hell is Lucy" I asked
"what" He said
"I know about her" I said
"Sam-" he said till I heard pounding on the door.
"OPEN THIS DOOR NOW" I heard
"WE KNOW IT'S YOU SAM" I heard Charles say.
"What's going on, Sam?" I heard Gray say
"WE WILL BREAK THIS DOOR DOWN"
"SAM" Gray said. I ended the call and looked to the window. I grabbed my bag and gun and charger with the phone. I went for the window. I was only on the second floor but I had to try and be safe.
GRAYSON'S POV
"SAM" I said and she ended the call. I chucked the phone at the floor.
"GUYS!" I heard Ricky yell from down stairs. I ran down to the kitchen. So of the guys were down here. Ricky was pointing to Cameron on the phone.
"I'll put you on speaker so we can all hear" Cam said and put the phone on speaker.
"Guys I'm sorry for being an ass but I have a question" I heard Shawn say and I gritted my teeth.
"Is Sam with you guys?" Shawn asked worried
"Um no" Aaron said
"YOU TOOK HER!" Johnson said
"Yes, I did! But she left and now she's gone" he said
"I know, Mendes. You fucked up" I said getting closer to the phone. All of the guys looked at me
"What do you know?" Shawn said
"I got off the phone with her just a minute ago" I said pissed
"She ended on me. I was talking to her and then there was pounding on her motel door and she hung up" I said calming down
"what did they say, Dolan?" He said
"That they know who she is and they wanted her to come out" I said
we discussed the rest of the night but nothing was going to help or do anything to help her. We just needed to sleep on it. It's 12:15 right now and I can't sleep one bit. I got up to get milk and I heard someone in the kitchen. I walked in to see the front door unlocked. I heard someone looking through the fridge.
I walked over slowly. Yep, I'm a big wuss. I heard the fried door shut and took a deep breath. Trying to calm myself down but then I heard a voice.
"Please listen to me. I fucked up and I need you. They don't and I do. I'll come pick you up tonight" I heard a voice on the phone say
"I said no. Please, Shawn. Leave me alone" I heard Sam say. I walked into the kitchen to see her back facing me. I just smiled knowing that she was here instead of being with Shawn.
"I'm glad you're back" I said and she turned around and smiled at me
"What are you doing up, Dolan" she said with a cute little chuckle.
"I couldn't stop thinking about you" I said
"well I better get going but I'll see you soon" She said
"why?" I said
"I shouldn't stay" She said
"Stay with me" I said
"Come with me" She said with a grin. I went over to her and picked her up and slammed my lips against hers. I heard feet behind us. I put her down and turned around to see Ethan. Ethan hugged Sam.
"I got to go but um don't tell anyone that I was here" She said biting her lip
"Please don't go" I said and Ethan just looked at me
"I can't" She said
"I'll keep in touch but tell Lexi that I miss her" She said
"I'm coming with" I said and Ethan looked at me crazy. We all heard the front door open. Sam stayed in the kitchen and Ethan and I went over to the door to see Shawn and this other guy.
"Where's Sam?" He asked
"In the kitchen" Ethan said weirdly and I just slapped his arm. He went to the kitchen.
"You weren't suppose to tell him that" I said
"Oops" He said and we went into the kitchen. Sam was gone and the window was open.
"She's on the run. I knew she wouldn't stay" I said looking at the floor
"God dammit" Shawn said as he turned around. For some reason I felt bad for him. I could see the pain in his eyes. He must really love her. I actually feel bad for Shawn.
