Chapter 47

It started with a kiss. He hovered over me and always looked at me before doing something. However, I kept seeing it or shall I say him?Maybe her?  I shut my eyes as he kissed at my neck and tried to focus on only James .

Something was off.

I reopened my eyes to look into not one pair of hazel eyes, but two different eye colors. 

Green and blue . This blue wasn't exactly crystal blue , but more mixed with blue and green . It was a beautiful color with such an innocent look yet the thoughts behind the eyes weren't so very innocent. I felt my breath get caught in my throat and it was as if someone punched me in the stomach because my stomach knot up . 

"Don't worry we got you." The one with green eyes says. 

" But-" I whimper out.

"shh , do you want to wake your mom up?!" Blue eyes growls .

I shake my head and close my eyes feeling hands gripped my shoulders. I try my hardest to block it out and I can hear them saying my name.

Amanda. Amanda. Amanda. 'Manda. 

"Manda !" I heard a familiar voice shout . 

I opened my eyes to see the familiar hazel eyes staring into mine with an unknown emotion hidden behind them. I let out a choked sob and he helped me sit up , he placed me in his lap and whispered sweet words in my ear trying to calm me down as I sobbed in his arms. 

I shook harshly and with each sob he held me tighter begging me to relax so I can speak to him. I tried my hardest yet it was like I really couldn't . I started to feel the familiar feeling of panic strike me and I started to grip my hair and and breathe in and out. There was no air in my lungs and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't breathe. I shut my eyes and listened to James shaking voice , all the words he whispered . The feeling of his warm , soft hands rubbing against my cheek which rested in the palm of his hand . I finally felt okay and looked into his eyes pressing the hand that was against my face a little harder. I felt at peace in his embrace . 

"Holy shit 'Manda you can't do that to me . Are you okay?" He asked while still rubbing my arm soothingly with one hand and the other still pressed against my cheek. 

I couldn't talk so I just gave him a simple nod and felt my eyes getting heavy . I started to get a headache and let out a small groan, he right away understood and laid me down . 

"No!"I cried out .

He gave me a confused look as I reached out for him making grabby hands like a baby . He grabbed my waist as I wrapped my legs around his and carried me to the bathroom , I had my arms around his neck and was peppering it with small kisses as a thank you . I could hear him rummaging through the cabinet that was placed above the sink  so I just tried to ignoring the pain and laid my head on his shoulder. I could feel him moving around and listened to the sounds around me then he tapped me  and I looked at him as he adjusted his arm from under me for better grip . 

"Swallow these babe." He put one blue pill in my mouth and reached for the bottle of water I always kept by my dresser . 

The pet name gave me a warmth inside and I gladly swallowed both pills handing him the water bottle then laying my head on his shoulder once more. He took care of putting everything away again as I continued to do as before . 

The way James held me and took care of me not only showed me how much he care , but how good his fathering skills were. I felt like he would do this for his maybe  even our child , if we ever got to that point in the future . By the way he looked at me when everything was settled and he laid me down gently in bed  I couldn't help the small smile that appeared on my face . He kissed my forehead and said laid down holding me close to him and I really wish we got to that point in the future .
