Part 20 /Never give up!

I stormed off into the woods.

'Who cares if I die? I sure don't. I mean what's left for me?' I sighed.

I kept walking when I heard a voice from behind me. "Kaitlynne!" I knew who it was but I didn't care. 'Screw them all.' I thought and kept walking now slightly faster.

"Kaitlynne please stop!" He yelled as I heard his foot steps get closer and faster. That's when I took off in a full out run.

"Just leave me be!" I yelled at the person behind me. "No! Kaitlynne please stop!" I ignored his pleas and ran faster.

I weaved my way around the trees and brush basically dodging anything that got in my way. Eventually I burst into a clearing. I ran around the lake that was there and when I was almost back to the tree line I was tackled to the ground.

"Please get off!" I yelled. "No!" He yelled back. Then I just broke. "I can't take this anymore!" I screamed as tears streamed down my face. I saw his handsome face soften through my blurry vision. He lifted himself off of me. He sat next to me and pulled me into his lap.

"Why did you run from me?" He asked softly while I sobbed into his chest. "I... don't... know..." I said in between my cries. "I'm so sorry this happened Kaitlynne." He whispered in my ear.

"It's ok... I thought that if I acted as if no one cared that it would come true and I could die without hurting anyone." I said as I calmed down. "There is no way I would ever stop caring Kaitlynne... I love you."
