The Missing Prince

Malaika Kya

"Mali...Mali..."

Who's there?

"Don't forget..."

Don't forget? Don't forget what?

"Until then..."

Wait- no!!

Jerking up, I let my eyes wildly look around before landing them on a worried looking Beowulf and Elizabeth. Staring at them with wide eyes, I forced myself to calm down before focusing my attention on the young girl. "Lizzie...What color is me hair an' eyes?" I softly asked her. "L-Lizzie?" Blinking at her flustered form, I looked over towards Beowulf as he let out a soft sigh. "You might want to change them, Angel." Nodding at the clarification, I immediately changed my hair and eye color before swinging my legs to the side of the bed.

"W-wait! I don't think you should be getting up so soon!" The poor girl exclaimed as the door swung open. Looking over towards it, I gave my boys a raised eyebrow as they all looked at me with wide eyes. "Are you alright?!" My young grasshopper cried out as he rushed over to me. Looking up at him, I continued to stay silent as I furrowed my eyebrows. "Oi, why aren't you saying anything?" Ban questioned as he made his way to stand in front of me. Not looking over towards him, I gave my attention to Meliodas as he continued to stand by the door with Gowther.

"I..."

"We're going with you."

Pursing my lips, I gave my little demon a scowl as he frowned at me. "No" I told him as I forced myself to stand up. Now it was his turn to scowl. "I wasn't asking, Malaika" he proclaimed stubbornly. I sneered. "An' I wasn't invitin' so no" I snarled out. "Woah, woah! Take it easy Mali!" Harlequin exclaimed as he placed his hands on my shoulders. Closing my eyes, I told myself to relax before opening them again and staring at everyone in the room. "Where I'm going, you guys will probably get killed since they aren't use to newcomers" I harshly informed as I crossed my arms over my chest.

"Well, it's a good thing that we can take care of ourselves, huh."

Pursing my lips, I decided to calm my temper before sniffing the air as a familiar scent wafted in. Feeling myself perk up, I shared a smile with a wagging Beowulf before appearing outside. My smile widen as the scent became stronger, my nose twitching in confusion as it began smelling another scent. One that belonged to a Phoenix.

A male Phoenix.

Widening my eyes in surprise, I shot myself into the forest as I ignored Harlequin's and Diane's calls for me. "Seems like we didn't have to go far for him" I heard Beowulf muse out as he chased after me. Chuckling in agreement, I picked up my speed a bit when I finally caught sight of who the smell belonged to.

"Lloyd!!"

"Lloyd!!"
