Better get used to it

Chapter 4

Finn POV
I just got 4 golden globes... I'm the happiest man alive!   The only thing is I don't have anyone special to share my happiness. I sighed. My manager took the awards to let me go to the after party. I remembered Rachel was going to be there!
I made my way out of the huge hall. I looked up and I saw the gorgeous night sky filled with stars. I always had a thing for the stars ever since I was a little boy. After admiring the stars I went to look for Rachel. On my quest to finds her I got everybody coming up to me saying congratulations and stuff, I politely smiled and aid thanks but I had to find Rachel. Finding Rachel was more of a need than a want.
I look out back and I see her talking to a familiar face, I squinted my eyes to see who it was. I think his name was Jasie or Jesse or something.
I walked towards them. Rachel's eyes twinkled as bright as the sun when she saw me. She wrapped her arms around me pulling me into an embrace I never wanted to end.
"Well done handsome!" She said
"Thanks rach!" I said
Just then I remembered that guy was still standing in between Rachel and I.
"Are you going to the after party?" I asked
"Yes WE are"  the guy interrupted me
"We?" I said trying to keep my cool with this asshole
"Oh.. Finn this is Jesse st James" Rachel said putting her hand on my shoulder
"And who is this babe?" Jesse said almost growling
I lifted one eyebrow and Rachel knows I only do that when I'm irritated
"I'm her boss and best friend" I grunted
I could tell Rachel was getting worried about the competition between me and him
I know that Rachel would pick me over any guy if she's knew him longer or less, she would pick me over anyone pretty much.
"Well I think a boss and his assistant shouldn't be calling each other 'gorgeous' and stuff, should they?" He asked
At this time Rachel knew I was pissed
"Guys please calm down... when does the party start?" Rachel asked
"The limo is picking us up rach in about 10 minutes. We still have time" I said not taking my eyes off of Jesse
"I thought you were coming in my limo babe... with ME" Jesse smirked
Rachel was on the spot and she hated it. She had to choose between Jesse and me.
"Can't we all just ride in one limo?" She asked
That was a reasonable idea. But I'm not going in a car with him
Just then my limo pulled up
She had to chose now.
