The lost princess

Chapter 6: Can I?

"Oh honey its true all of it" her eyes were now beginning to get watery "I wish we could've told you sooner but we just fine now how we're so sorry"

"What do you mean all of its true?" I asked Mom but she was to bussy criying on my dads shoulder and kept on saying how sorry she was for not telling me sooner. I then looked at Dad and repeated " What do you its all true? What is Mom sorry about?"

He looked at me then sighed "We're sorry that we didn't tell you sooner that you are the lost princess"

I couldn't believe it, how was I a princess. I am the furthest thing from a princess. I had so many questions, so many things to say but the only thing I could say was "How?"

"20 years ago your moms had a miscarriage. The doctor told your mom that there was a good chance that she would never be able to carry another child and that all we could do was have faith. So we kept on trying and trying never giving up hope. After 3 years we finally gave up" Dad paused for a few seconds then continued. "Then one day a you showed up at our front door with a note. In the note it told us your name and what had about your family."

"It also told us that you were the werewolf princess and that one day you and 3 other kids would be reunited for the great battle." Mom said as she looked at Dad.

"At first we thought if was just a joke or something but after you first shift we knew it was true." Dad then looked down at the floor. "We were planning on telling you but we just didn't know how. Were so sorry"

I was so shocked and confused. Who are the other kids? Does this mean that my entire life has been lie? I mean this whole time I thought my real parents gave me up cause I was a mistake or they didn't love me but no really they died. Why I'm I so important? Once again my mind was full of questions.

I got up from the recliner and hugged my parents. "Its okay I forgive you." After I pulled back I looked at then and smiled. I guess I better tell them I'm planning on leaving on Saturday

"So um now that I know that I know I'm a princess and everything umm Ineedtoleavesaturdaymorningsoicangomeetthekingandstuff" I mumbled.

"What was that honey?"

"I was planning on leaving to leave on Saturday morning so I could go meet the king because he wants to see me. And before you say anything Stephine is going to be there with me and no I don't know when I'll be back" I looked at them with pleading eyes. "So can I go?"

They both looked at each other then smiled. "Of course you can go"

"Really?"

"Yes really" mom answered.

"Oh my god I need to start packing" I ran up stairs and started to pull out all my clothes to see what I was going to pack. I know its only Tuesday but after tommorow I will be leave in one day. Omg I'm so exited.
