I know that the past chapters haven't been that interesting or exiting but I promise you that all the action is about to start.
Brooklyn's P.O.V
"What color blue or red?" Heather asked.
"Blue" I replied.
It has been a week since I first trained with fire. All week I have been training and I'm actually starting to like it. Today is friday, which means only two weeks till I'm 18. Today Matthew as me choosing everything I want for the ball that's being thrown for my birthday and later he is going to have the chefs and maids call and order everything.
"I had a feeling you were gonna chose that, since there's no purple" Steph said as she lied on my bed. Right now we are trying to decide on my dress for the ball.
"Okay well here are some shades of blue that I think you might like" the seamstress said as she handed me a book full of different materials and shades of blue.
I took the book and looked trough the colors. After flipping trough a few pages I landed on the most beautiful royal blue.
I pointed to the color "This one"
The seamstress nodded and asked "Would you like this in mulbevery silk cashmere silk or vacuna silk?"
"Umm" Damn I didn't know there was different types of silk.
"In mulberry silk" Heather said for me. The seamstress nodded as she wrote down the details. "Okay I already took down you measurement, the color and material you wanted now all I'm missing is what kind of style you wanted"
I shrugged. "Dosent matter as long as its not puffy. I want something long but flowy"
She nodded. "Okay well I should be on my way so I can get to work on your dress. It was a pleasure meeting you your highness"
"Pleasures all mine" I replied as she grabbed her stuff and walked out.
"Thank God. Now we can get onto the good stuff" Jane said. She hasn't said one word this entire time that I kinda forgot she was there.
"What's the good stuff?" I asked curiously. Our of the corner of my eye I saw Heather playfully roll her eyes.
"Food" Jane says loudly as she jumps up. "Come on me and Heather will race you two downstairs to the dinning table" Steph and I looked at eachother confused. Heather and Jane took this as an advantage. Heather quickly jumped on Jane's back and Jane ran towards the door. It finally hit me and Steph about what they meant. Steph ran up to me and I jumped on her back as she ran out the door after Jane and Heather.
We tried catching up but they were already to far head. Remembering the screat passege way Matthew showed I steered the Syeh the other way. "Trust me I know what I'm doing" Steph reluctantly followed to where I was steering her.
Before we knew it we were running across the ballroom making our way to the dinning room. When we got there we quickly took a seat and painted as we sat down.
"Oh my god we actually beat them" Steph said as she half laughed and half panted.
"Yes we did" As soon as I spoke Heather appered on Jane's back. They look surprised when they saw us.
