Love and Faith(Shannon Leto-Part 4)

*Ari's pov*

Being the mother of 2 was different Kaia Anne Leto was born March 9, 2018..while she had blue eyes just like me and Katlyn she had her daddy's dark hair..Kat was a little confused on the fact mommy and daddy had this new baby but she loved her baby sister...Shannon was an amazing dad and loved his little girls beyond belief...he has honestly been the best since me losing my mom in December he has been the absolute best even suggesting we change Kaia's middle name to Anne after my mom...last night the guys came home for a few days off...I woke up to the sound of Kaia whinning I got up and changed both girls then went downstairs making Katlyn and Shannon breakfast..while Kat ate I sat giving Kaia a bottle...I looked up as Shannon shuffled into the kitchen already dressed heading straight for coffee "Morning."

Shannon grumbled "Morning."

I moved Kaia to my shoulder burping her "Fruit and French toast is on the table."

He walked over pressing a kiss to the top of Katlyn's head then to my lips as he rubbed Kaia's back "Mornin my beautiful girls."

I smiled softly "Sleep well?"

Shannon nodded as he sat down "In my own bed with my wife..my little girls down the hall sleeping safe and sound I slept great "

I smiled "So Jared called.."

He chuckled as he began eating "Already?"

I laughed "Yeah...he wants to know if we want to do a family day at the zoo...he misses the girls.."

Shannon nodded "Sure..mom coming?"

I nodded "Yeah..."

He nodded "Sure why not...a day to forget everything...just enjoy today with our girls.."

I smiled softly "I like that idea."

Shannon smiled "Go take a shower I'll get the girls ready."

I raised an eyebrow "Sure you can handle them both you do realize we have a diva right."

He laughed "I'll manage."

I nodded passing him Kaia "Well then mommy will go shower while daddy handles his divas."

Shannon chuckled "Go babe."

I smiled and went upstairs..I took a quick shower and dressed in shorts and a raglan shirt..I pulled my hair up in a messy bun and applied a little make up...I put on my chucks and walked out seeing Shannon sitting in Kaia's room trying to figure out Katlyn's hair

He grumbled "Mommy is so much better at this than daddy is huh...I'm trying babygirl.."

I walked in "Messy bun babe..it's her favorite."

Shannon nodded "That I can do.."

I walked over picking up Kaia she had on a black onesie with a skull wearing a blue skull and floral bow and matching pants and a blue bow on her head and black socks "I can so tell your daddy dressed you."

He spoke with pride "Tada...all done."

I looked at Katlyn who had on a black t-shirt with leopard print pants and black chucks...I smiled as I saw the big black bow in her hair "Perfect...I think daddy did a good job don't you Katybug."

Katlyn jumped in place "Yay!"

Shannon stood up with a smile "I even packed the diaper bag.."

I peaked in "Just need Kat's cup and we are ready."

He scooped up Katlyn "On it."

I smiled softly after getting everything  we were off to a day at the zoo...Katlyn was glued to Jared's side and Constance insisted on caring for Kaia..it was kinda nice to have some one on one time with Shannon...I stood watching a mother lion with her cub...I felt Shannon press a kiss to my cheek "Kids okay?"
