I never thought I'd be here my wedding day we had picked a place in Malibu at Calamigos Ranch...I wanted an outdoor wedding but not a beach wedding Shannon found this place and we both fell in love with the scenery so here we are January 15, 2016...tomorrow we would get on a plane to head to our honeymoon up in the mountains we both wanted to be in cold weather for a little bit...I stood in front of the mirror taking in my appearance my dress was a beautiful cream colored strapless lace I fell in love the moment I tried it on...paired with it I wore my grandmother's sapphire ring my something blue, my mother's necklace that had a small dainty heart that rested against the hollow of my throat my something old, Constance loaned me this beautiful diamond bracelet my something borrowed...my something new was a pair of diamond studs Shannon sent over with Jared when I sent Emma over with the watch I got for Shannon...my hair was curled and swept up into a low bun and my make up was flawless my entire looked pulled together by the jeweled silver peeptoe pumps..I was beyond nervous "Constance.."

Constance walked over the soft gray dress looked beautiful on her "What's wrong Kat?"

I sighed softly "I'm nervous."

She smiled "Oh honey that's perfectly normal...today is a big day everything changes after today you woke up a Jameson to leave today a Leto...I am so glad Shannon found you...you gave me my son back Katlyn you saved him in more ways than you could ever know...now you're building a whole new life with him..I couldn't of picked anyone better than you for him."

I smiled softly "Don't make me cry Chloe will kill us both."

Chloe spoke up from the vanity "Yes I will."

Constance laughed softly "You are a beautiful bride Kat...I bet your mom would be so proud of you right now."

"She would have."

I turned my head seeing my dad "Daddy.."

Dad pressed a kiss to my cheek "You look beautiful KitKat."

I smiled softly "You look very handsome daddy."

He smiled "Can't hold a candle to my little girl."

Constance smiled touching my arm "I'm gonna go see Shannon photographer is waiting on you two and the girls."

I nodded "Thanks Constance.."

She kissed my cheek "Anytime honey."

I smiled softly as she walked out..I looked up at my dad "Hey no tears allowed."

Dad nodded "I know...I just I can't believe how much you look like your mother but blonde."

I smiled faintly I know he still missed her I was only 6 when she passed and he never even entertained the idea of dating again he even still wore his wedding band "Daddy."

He took a deep breath "Let's get these photos done before your old dad loses it."

I nodded after pictures...it was time for the ceremony...Shannon looked handsome in his tux all the guys did...and the girls looked beautiful in their dresses...

Dad kissed my cheek as we reached the alter "I love you babygirl."

I smiled "I love you too daddy."

He placed my hand in Shannon's "Take care of my baby."

Shannon nodded "You have my word sir."

I smiled softly as my dad sat down...after handing my flowers to Emma I looked up at the man who was about to be my husband "Hi."

He smiled "Hi."

The minster John smiled "I had the honor of knowing the bride for 30 years when she called asking me to fly here I couldn't say no...today I get the honor of marryingher and this gentlemen here just like my father did her parents 40 years ago...the couple decided on traditional vows...Shannon"
