Perfect(Jared Leto-Part 9)

*Ashton's pov*

I was indeed pregnant and due in December...when we got home Shannon and Riley found out they were having twins they welcomed Nathaniel Jay and Jackson Christopher Leto on August 29...as for Jared and so we welcomed a daughter Vivien Rose on December 13...I love Colby with all my heart but I couldn't explain how I felt holding my daughter for the first time...Colby was quickly becoming a great big brother..it was now Christmas time and with Vivi being only a couple weeks old we decided to have Christmas at Contance..Shannon and Riley agreed...I stood holding Vivien while we watched Colby and Kaden rip apart presents "Pace yourself Cole.."

Colby looked up at me with a smile that rivaled his father's "Kay mama."

I smiled softly as Jared stood behind me letting his hands rest on my hips "Hey.."

Jared smiled "We made a couple cute kids huh?"

I nodded "That we did."

He nodded "You need to rest...Vivien was up all night."

I nodded "I will later."

Jared kissed my cheek "You got her?"

I nodded "I'm gonna put her in her swing go help your clone.."

He chuckled pressing a light kiss to Vivi's head then went to join Colby and Kaden...

I put Vivien in her swing making sure she was secure then went into the kitchen seeing my dad sitting at the counter "You're missing all of the messy fun."

Dad nodded "Sorry honey going through this divorce demands Diane thinks she's gonna get...I agreed to the house and the car..even the $400,000 and paying her lawyer...we had no children thank God I don't need to pay her spousal support...everything else I own is already set to be left to you and Tyler and your children."

I nodded "As much as I want that woman out of lives forever it's Christmas daddy... wee haven't had a real family Christmas since I was 17...that can wait....its the first Christmas you've gotten to really spend with Colby and it's Vivi's first Christmas."

He looked up at me "Answer me this first I know you hate her...that something happened but was she the reason for the partying and drinking?"

I nodded "She was a major part but most if it was I never got to really mourn mom I didn't get to be the moody lash out teenager because of Diane I dealt with the mental and emotional crap from her by drinking..."

Dad sighed deeply "I'm so sorry Ashton I didn't know...I just though it was you dealing with your mom passing I had no idea Diane was the reason.."

I frowned "It's not your fault daddy...I could of handled it a different way I made the choice no one else did...I cleaned up my act I became something for you and mom to both be proud of...I married a man who loves me despite of my past..we have two beautiful children...I moved way past all that so do not feel guilty about not knowing I decided not to tell you why."

He nodded as he stood up "Rose would of been so proud of you babygirl...your mama loved you more than anything in this world..I can only imagine how she would of been with Colby and Vivien..."

I wrapped my arms around my dad's torso much like I would do as a kid "I love you dad."

Dad smiled kissing my head "I love you too Ashton."

Colby came running in "I got tar mama!"

I laughed softly "Really why don't you take Papa and show him huh.."

He took his papa' s hand and pulled him along

I smiled softly putting dad's papers in his briefcase then sat down with something I found in his briefcase

Jared walked in a few minutes later "I don't think I've ever seen your dad smile like that.."

I nodded slightly as I looked at the picture in front of me...me, dad, and Tyler pre Diane when they were in the middle of the divorce..mom had taken the picture  "Good."

He frowned "Babe are you okay?"

I nodded "Just thinking about something my dad said..about my mom...she was such a beautiful soul..an amazing mom..I just can't help but wonder how she'd be as a grandma."

Jared wrapped his arms around my shoulders "I wish I could of met her."

I nodded "I think she would of adored you."

He nodded "I don't want you to ever think you can't talk about this stuff with me..I'm your husband that's what I'm here for that and great sex."

I had to laugh "Babe."

Jared smiled "There's that smile...but seriously baby I'm here no matter what."

I turned my head to look at him "Thank you for always being there when I need you..accepting me and my shitty decisions."

He nodded "You accepted mine baby...12 1/2 amazing years and you still make me smile like a damn fool...you're my soulmate baby."

I pressed my lips to his "I love you."

Jared smiled "I love you too."

I stood up "Alright I gotta see this amazing guitar that I didn't know he got."

He put his hands up "Wasn't me I didn't plan to get him one till next year."

I smiled softly "It doesn't matter...come on"

Jared smiled "Right behind you babe."

I smiled as we walked in Dad was sitting in the floor with Colby and Kadin, Constance was holding Jack and Nathaniel on her lap as she sat on the floor, Shannon was taking pictures, and Riley was holding Vivien...I smiled as Jared wrapped his arms around me nuzzeling my ear...things weren't exactly Perfect but they were perfect in my eyes and that's all that mattered
