"let's play twenty questions," josh smiled. "except i'm gonna ask twenty in a row."

tyler giggled and nodded, plopping down in his husband's lap and hugging his neck. "ok, ok."

"what would be your perfect day?" josh smiled, playing with the ring on his husband's finger.

"hmm... well, i'd wake up snuggled up next to you. we'd have donuts in bed. we'd go downstairs and blare music while we danced around. ollie would then come and join us and we'd have a joseph-dun dance party. then we'd drop him off at jenna's so we could have some time alone. we'd go on some date we've never been on. then we'd get lunch at the little crepe place followed by shopping for clothes for each other. then we'd go home and cook dinner together, dancing around as we made whatever we were hungry for. then we'd eat holding hands and just get lost in each other's eyes as we do almost every night. then we'd go upstairs to our room. we'd start talking but eventually we'd be getting into the deep stuff. i'd finally, finally convince you that i forgive you for what happened a year and a half ago. i'd finally be ready to have sex with you and we'd do it. we'd both finally believe each other's words. we always got deep after we had sex. and i loved it. so we'd do that again. then we'd fall asleep wrapped up in each other's arms. then we'd wake up and do it all over again the next day."

josh smiled and blushed, kissing his lips. "one day, we're gonna do exactly that."

tyler blushed and smiled, nodding and snuggling into his husband.

"what's the worst dream you've ever had?"

"that you didn't love me anymore," tyler said sadly.

"what do you want written on your gravestone?"

"tyler joseph-dun, husband, father of two."

josh smiled widely. "so you wanna adopt again?"

"mhm," he smiled, nodding his head.

"boy or girl?"

"baby girl."

"what's your number one rule in a relationship?"

"love, compassion, equality."

"what makes you feel old?"

"ollie actually walking on his own."

"what's the best present you've ever gotten?"

"an engagement ring. twice."

"what do you want ollie to know when he's older?"

"that kindness matters."

"what's your favorite thing about yourself?"

"i like to think i'm kind of nice."

"what's your least favorite thing about me?"

"the only thing i don't love about you is that you doubt yourself and the words i say regarding you."

"what's your biggest regret?"

"not kissing you ever time we're together."

"what's your favorite thing in the world?"

"our family."

"who's one person you'd date if i wasn't around?"

"no one. just you."

"what's your favorite photo of us?"

"the one where we're both in bed after the first time we had sex where i was completely red and disgusting trying to hide under the sheets and you looked flawless as usual that you took because you 'couldn't let the beautiful moment pass without taking a picture to remember it forever.'"

"what's your favorite photo of ollie?"

"the one where he's standing up against the couch with that goofy grin he obviously got from you in the only shirt he'll actually wear."

"aaaaaaand what's your favorite thing in the whole entire world?"

"our family."
