Blood, Sweat, and Tears

Chapter 6

"What the hell!" Tyler says angrily.

"I have proof, but first let's get out of here." Cody stood up and we followed him outside. "Here, see?" He turns his suitcase inside out and a laptop came out.

He showed us a video from the CCTV, he hacked the video so that the public will not know about Jason kidnapping Vanessa. But it shows that Vanessa was just about to get out but Jason grabbed her out of view. That's all we can get.

After 2 minutes of scratching our heads and trying to find leads as to where Jason kidnapped Vanessa, the laptop of Cody started transmitting a video. Guess who it is, Jason.

"Hello guys." He says with his same raspy and rough voice. "You looking for Vanessa? Oh she's right here." He points the camera towards her. She's all tied up and her mouth is covered with cloth, she seems asleep because her eyes aren't open and she's not struggling. "Don't worry, she's not dead. She is just sleeping because I hit her on the head with a bat. Hahahaha!" He says before the video ends.

"That fucking bastard!" Tyler gets up and kicks a garbage bin on the side of the road. " I SWEAR IF I SEE THAT MOTHERFUCKER AGAIN." He lifts up a medium sized rock that could block part of the road. "HE'S DEAD!" Then he threw the rock in the middle of the road causing traffic.

"Woah." Cody says in amazement. "Tyler relax! We will kill that bastard and get Vanessa at the same time."

"Cody." I told him. "Could you get where the video was transmitted from?"

"Yes, give me a few minutes. And also make Mr. Hulk there become calm." He starts typing on his laptop.

I went towards Tyler. He has a big body and a wide chest with a fitting shirt. He is also a lot taller than me. I calmed him down, maybe Vanessa really means something to him.

"Got it." Cody shows us his laptop. "There seems to be a big house to the south, 42 minutes is how long it will take us to travel from here, to there. Wait a few minutes, I'll call Baylee."

A few minutes later we see a car that is coated black and has no driver but it was driving. It parked in front of us and we entered inside and set the location going South.

"Did you fix the car?" Tyler asks. "Where did you fix it?" It looks like everything is brand new, it has all been cleaned and it looks very nice.

"I added a self-repairing system to the car so there is no problem if you damage it. Externally, but if you damage internally the engine, it could malfunction." Cody grabs his laptop and started playing solitaire.

"I'll sleep." For the past few days, I have loved sleeping. It's my new favorite hobby, I grabbed a pillow then started sleeping.

----------39 minutes---------

"Wake up Ray."

I sat up and I see a big house. It has 3 floors and it looks like this is where Jason is because it's all guarded. There are a few houses but it has a big space between each house.

"Gear up." Tyler grabs a bulletproof vest. "This shit is gonna be rough."

We geared up again to change our equipment for the proper situation. This is gonna be rough, this is not stealthy. Tyler will distract them while I go inside, Cody will guide me through his computer.

"3.2.1 Go." Cody shuts down the electricity in the house.

Tyler starts shooting some guards down. Immediately they started shooting towards Tyler, so far so good, he has taken down 4 guards but Tyler is also shot in the shoulder. Tyler is still going up and shoots at them back. I want to know what's the history between him and Vanessa.

"Ray. Go!" Cody says.

"Oh yeah." I got distracted and headed through the back.

"Their here! At the front  of the house!" A guard said.

I climbed the wall then looked around. They are all stupid to just focus on one target. I need to hurry or Tyler gets shot at badly.

"Right. Two rooms to the left. Wait! Guards are coming your way. Be prepared." I could hear Cody saying. It looks like he also joined the gunfight, I could hear his gun shooting and reloading.

"Cody I can't kill them!" I tell him while going behind a wall. "Is there another way?"

"Just hurry up! Tyler is bleeding badly!"

Oh shit. There's no other way, I have to kill people. I have always avoided to do that because I still remember how my parents died when I kill someone. What will happen if he has a family? What if he is an undercover spy? What will happen if he was an innocent person?

I have so many questions, but the main thing to do right now is to get Vanessa and kill Jason.

"She's here somewhere. Watch out men, she's just a girl, we can handle her." A guard loads his gun and keeps calling my name. "Ray? Where are you?" The guards asks.

As soon as they turned to a corner I stabbed him at the neck and shot the other two guys at the head.

What have I done? This is not me anymore, what I see is a monster.

I entered the room where Jason is, but what I see is Jason pointing a Revolver to the head of Vanessa.

"Hello." I hate his raspy and deep voice, it sounds like a voice of a killer. "It's about time we met. I could kill her here right now. If you don't do what I ask  you to do."
