Palutena and Viridi filled the awkward air with catch up chat. Pit wasn't really paying attention, he was eating his dinner quietly. He occasionally glanced up to see Dark Pit slouched over, avoiding his gaze completely. "Isn't that right, Pit?" His name surprised him, he looked over to Palutena. She was waiting for a response. "Oh, uh- yeah." She smiled and nodded, "He's even giving a speech!" Pit felt his face grow red. She must have been talking about the open night. "Pit, why don't you show um- Pit your room while I prepare desert?" She asked, not expecting a refusal. "Why?" He thought. "OK..."

Pit walked quietly up the stairs, Dark Pit following him. He stopped outside his door and looked over to see Dark Pit leaning against the wall, texting on his phone. "You didn't think I'd actually give a shit about your room did you?" He asked, smirking slightly. Pit laughed awkwardly, "No, do what you want...but-"
"What's your Wi-Fi password?"
"Excuse me?"
"Come on. I'm dying over here..." he complained. Pit sighed and took out his own phone. "I'll give it to you,
if you answer my questions," he said, keeping the screen out of his view. Dark Pit growled and nodded, "Fine." Pit handed him the phone, which he took eagerly. It only took him a few moments to type it in. He handed the phone back silently.

Pit leaned against the wall beside him, "Why does no else think we look alike?" He asked after a moment. "How should I know?" Dark Pit mumbled, not really engaged in the conversation. "*You* see the resemblance, right?" Pit pushed, he was determined to get this guy to talk. "Obviously."
"But, you're so calm-"
"Because it doesn't matter."
"Doesn't matter?! What on earth is wrong with him!" Pit thought. He cleared his throat and continued to press. "So, you just want to ignore the fact we look alike and we're the only ones who notice?" Pit asked, firmly. "Oh my God... Do you ever shut up?" Dark Pit asked, rubbing his face in frustration. "You said you would answer," Pit pouted and crossed his arms. "What are you, five? Fine. I'm not ignoring it, it's just weird so let's not keep bringing it up," He answered, briefly looking up from his phone. Pit looked back at him. Up this close, he could see the differences clearer. Dark Pit's intense red eyes made him shift uncomfortably. "I guess..." he mumbled. Satisfied with the response, Dark Pit returned to looking at his phone.

The two stood side-by-side in silence. Pit stared at a spot on floor, completely lost in thought. Could they just ignore it? No one else seemed to notice, so it shouldn't be a problem. "Is that all there is to it?" He thought, scratching his head. He took out his phone and checked the time, it was half past six. He sighed, he would have to endure this for another hour. "So you're into video games?"
"Huh?"
"You came in to buy one yesterday, just a guess."
Dark Pit's sudden question surprised him. "Oh yeah, I guess I am..." he laughed awkwardly as he replied. Dark Pit just grunted. "Sorry for screaming at you. I was just surprised as you were to see another me," he said it so quietly that Pit wasn't sure he was hearing it correctly. "Oh, it's fine. I'm sorry for making a fuss in the middle of the store," Pit gave him a smile. Dark Pit pocketed his phone and spun around for the stairs, "Whatever." Pit watched him leave, stunned by his sudden apology. "Maybe this guy isn't a complete douche after all..."
