How the hell did she move the both of us unnoticed? The pack must be scrambling to look for us now. She must've knocked us out and teleported us to wherever this dungeon is.

A snarl escapes from my mouth, as I let out an enraged roar. My fangs and nails lengthening, wanting to end the threat.

I struggled against the chains, not caring how much the wolfbane was burning me.

Reese's cries for me to stop didn't reach me, not until I felt too weak to continue. My arms were now bleeding immensely, but I didn't care.

Odette came to step in front of me, thinking that I wouldn't reach her, but she was dead wrong.

I took this chance to lengthen my claws the last second, and slashed across her face. The warm but crimson blood rushed to my fingers, as I returned my nails to it's original state.

Her head whipped to the side, my gritted response answering, "Missed you? Please, no one did, bitch. I really wish I can say the same, but then again, find someone with a fuck to give."

The chains were long enough for me to reach up and do the damage, but not enough to reach Reese or the exit.

How terrible.

Odette slowly turned to me, blood seeping across her face in deep, and ragged lines.

The one thing I didn't expect her to do was to plaster a smile.

What. The. Fuck.

And then she grabbed my head and collided it with hers.

A choked gasp left me.

Blood tricked down the side of my forehead, my vision hazy.

Odette went for another blow, but due to my quick reflexes, I moved to the side, causing her to go straight into the wall.

She let out a cry.

I took this chance to lengthen my claws once more and sliced her back, all the way to the sides.

Odette went quiet for a moment, her chest heaving.

She turned around slowly, the blood droplets falling onto the dirty ground. Odette lengthened a claw, before stabbing it into my leg, then to my shoulder.

I bit my lip from sounding a scream.

By the time she was done, claw marks and puncture wounds nearly covered half my body.

Luckily, I was healing, but it wasn't enough.

Reese was pulling against the chains, his curses to Odette sounding loudly.

I managed to get a few words out, my throat parched as I spat some blood onto the ground. "... You .... won't get away ... with this," I croaked out.

She placed a hand near the wall, right by my head. Her grin very satisfied, yet bloody. She was very confident that I was too weak to move, and she was right.

Odette leaned over by my ear and whispered, "I just did."

And then she knocked me out on the back of the head, the shouts of Reese leaving my mind.
