Queen Clumsy: Chapter 7 ~ Blast from the Past
After climbing out of Alec's window like a badass, I finished all the homework I had for the weekend and spent the rest of my weekend binge-watching Netflix and eating microwaved Pop-Tarts.
The weekend flew by.
In time that felt like less than 48 hours, I was about to go to school in 10 minutes. Yes it was Monday, the worst day of the week, but I felt like today will be one of the not as worse Mondays.
I was dressed in a cute maroon blouse that ended just under my butt. Since I'm totally great at fashion, I paired it off with skinny black jeans with some holes here or there. My wavy brunette hair was flowing down my back.
I looked amazing.
I felt amazing.
I am amazing.
I took another bite out of my pizza Hot Pocket. For some weird reason, I was excited to show up in homeroom and see Alec.
Yeah, I'm excited to see a fucking rock.
"MOM, I'M LEAVING!" I yell from downstairs.
"Okay sweetie! See you later, A!" Mom yells back.
"But I thought you only called Aiden A!" I shout back as I opened the door.
I closed the door and walked away after I heard the soft laughter echoing through the house.
Today's going to be a less worse day.
I can feel it in my hair follicles.

I walked into the classroom happily, hoping that Alec was already in the class. I was about to sit down at my usual desk before I realized that somebody was already sitting there on their phone texting away.
Correction, I realized he was already sitting on there on his phone.
Double correction, I realized Kai was already sitting there.
Never mind, today's going to be a worse day.
First the party and now the school? Where next? MY FUCKING BATHROOM?!
I took a deep breath.
No, Adrienne. You will not be weak. Walk around him and sit somewhere else.
I mentally came to an agreement with my brain (whose name is Brian by the way), and sat next to the window. I rested my head against the wall as I stared out of the window, ignoring the fact that my ex was just one desk away.
