dear ivo,
two days. 48 hours of bliss. why? well, because my headaches were gone for two wonderful days. but they didn't leave for good. and they brought something with them too.
coughing, hacking and vomiting.
it was a wednesday that it decided to come. all of the sudden in class, i was bent over, hacking and coughing. man, ivo, it hurt like hell. it felt like i was going to cough up a lung.
"do you want to go to the nurse's office?" mrs. skive asked me.
"what...do you...think?" i wheezed through coughs.
i saw that you stood up to take me to the nurse's office. i also saw ty stand.
there was this moment in which you two were staring at each other, trying to decide who to take me. it was so weird. i just started walking towars the door. ty broke off the staring contest first.
he rushed to my side and helped me walk. i was really grateful for it because after all the coughing, i was starting to feel light-headed.
you never came to help me. it was like ty scared you off. why is that? why did ty get to help me instead of you?
in the end, ty drove me home. mum didn't have time to get off from work to pick up her sick daughter. yeah, typing on a computer was way too important than me.
truly,
teddy.
