"Hello sexy babe." A voice started.

Ifeoma closed her eyes and stayed as still as she could, hoping her new stranger would go away. But she was wrong. He stood in front of her and tapped her with something cold. Ifeoma assumed that it was something with iron in it.

"Hey! I dey talk to you. You nor dey hear? Abi nor be you dey cry just now?"

"Can you please leave me alone?" Ifeoma muttered as she raised her head to see a young guy in front of her. She was surprised as she had expected him to be a man–mostly because of the fact that he had a very deep voice. Judging from his young face, Ifeoma put him at an age not more than Jeffery's.

"Leave you alone? Why don't we have some fun instead?"

"What fun?" Ifeoma glared at him.

"This fun." He answered dragging her to her feet and pulling her roughly towards himself.

"Let me go." She squirmed in his arms.

"I'm sorry I'm late Ify. But now I really need to know why you left." A voice Ifeoma knew so well spoke behind them.

"Jeffery." Ifeoma murmured as her captor squeezed her tightly.

"Who are you?" He asked, still holding Ifeoma.

"I'm her boyfriend. So you better get your hands off my babe before I make you regret why you were born."

"Chill man. We were just having some fun. I'll see you around babe." He winked at Ifeoma as he turned to go.

"And don't call her babe." Jeffery said calmly. The guy only grinned at him and walked away in return.

"What are you doing here Ifeoma?" Jeffery asked quickly as soon as he was sure only he and Ifeoma were together.

"How did you find me?" Ifeoma asked instead of answering his question.

"That is not an answer."

"Neither is what you just said an answer too."

"Touché." Jeffery admitted. "Okay then, I went after you as soon as you left but I couldn't catch up with you. I saw you entering a bus to New Benin so I took one too. I just followed the only road I saw downwards, and then I saw a guy walk into this compound and I just knew he was up to no good. My instincts told me that. And by following him, I got to you."
