Sooo I was wondering....

Like, the world is huge (duh) and we all live so far away from each other. I was wondering how different our lives really are.

So here's what we're going to do:
I'm going to ask a question about your country/life and I'll put an answer under it. Then you, being a beautiful unicorn or something, will also answer the question (if you want to) and everybody gets to see if that aspect of their life is similar or different to theirs. Got it? Good! Because that was a terrible explanation...

(P.S. these questions were asked by readers and I'm just replying to them. But please answer too.)
My answers will be of the city I live in, not South Africa as a whole.

So...here we go:

1) What colour car is the most common around you?
White

2) What do you wear to school?
A kurta (google it)

3) What age do people usually finish school at?
18 (even though I'm going to finish at 17. I'm so smart jkjk)

4) What age do people become allowed to drive?
18

5) What's the price of bread by you?
11-13 Rands

6) Do people usually have sex before or after marriage?
After

7) How safe are you?
Not very. All the houses over here have big fences or walls around here. Doors have to be locked always. Sometimes walking on the street is risky too.

8) Does it snow by you?
Nah, not really. Maybe like once every three winters.

9) Do you have roads?
Yes lol, I don't live in a jungle. We have roads.

10) Do people celebrate Halloween where you live?
Yep. Some people do, sine don't. I don't. A lot of people don't to be honest.

11) What us the most common sport in your community?
I guess soccer is the most watched, but cricket is the most played.

12) Are beggars common?
Yes, they stand at street corners. Some persistent ones go from house to house. You can't help but feel sorry for them, but you can't help them all.

13) Do you have Nutella where you live?
Yes! I do. What did you expect? And just to clear this up: it's "new-tella", not "nut-ella".

14) What language do you speak?
There are eleven official languages of South Africa: Afrikaans, English, Ndebele, Northern Sotho, Sotho, Swazi, Tsonga, Tswana, Venda, Xhosa and Zulu.
I speak English mostly though. Afrikaans is my second language.
