This is a tale of something that happened a few months ago... Before the events of the crazy night would occurr, before Hikari Yamamoto, the heiress of the clan would assist to her friend's birthday party...

It's been a few days after the new year celebrations and everything in the beautiful capital of Shinjitsu have been quite happy and active, there were a lot of people on the streets or going to visit Nozomiyama, Kaiten, or even the Tenji Mountain Range as it is usual during the celebrations.
Of course, such a thing also happened in one of the most traditionalist clans of the islands, said to be descendants of an important onmyouji clan of the past, the Tenmei.
During these days, the members of the Yamamoto clan were paying a visit to Nozomiyama and enjoying the festival held there, some nice fireworks, and also a big meeting with their brotherly clan, the Raiten.
Meanwhile, the servants of the clan kept the house nice and perfectly until their masters would arrive. It was not really a rich family, nor a noble one, but the Yamamoto definitely had more money than average families and a certain tradition in which the main branch of the family normally inherited everything, the secondary branches helped and aided the main one, and then there were some secondary families that have always lived within the big houses of the clan and took care of them. One of the membesr of those servant-families, Reiko Ashiran, was arriving to her room after a tiresome day.
█▄█ Reiko walked inside of her own room in the Yamamoto household, unlike most servants who slept in common quarters, or were coming to their homes for the night, she was allowed to have her own room. It wasn't anything special by any means, it just had a futon, desk, and a chair, but nonetheless was a nice thing to have. She didn't have any other home, she was raised in Yamamoto household as a servant without ever knowing her mother or father. She occupied that room ever since she was a child, so she got quite attached to the few things that she actually had there. Reiko was already done with her job for the day, which passed by mostly on helping out in the kitchen, and cleaning the floors. It was a rather tiring life, but she had no family of her own or other place to go to. Besides she was treated rather well for a servant, at least most of the time. She was feeling sweaty underneath her short yukata colored in Yamamoto clan's colors. Reiko walked in and just laid down on top of her futon in order to have a little rest before going to take a bath after long day.

╣♦╠ —Pst, Oi~ Reiko... Are you there?— The tired servant girl's cat ears caught someone talking outside, the sound came from the window as often, and it could only meant troubles. Basically because she recognized that the voice was from her friend Yukira Airen, another servant at the house, yet one that usually gets punished for either lazying around or adventuring herself outside.
