Business Law: Fairy Tale Crime (Civil Procedure)

The world changed when Ursula from the fairy tale world came to our present time bringing other wrongdoers or villains with her, they had to adapt as did we, and in all reality we would have been better off had one little girl not wished for them to be real. When a little girl named Bebe looked upon a wishing star and said in her head 'Oh, little star I wish that the fairy tale creatures from my fairy tales that cause hurt to others come here so I can help them become good."'

The following day when Bebe awoke the villains from the fairy tales were standing in her bedroom. She met them all one by one and the villains glared at her as she introduced herself and to Bebe's dismay they ran outside to cause trouble before Bebe could try to help them. They started to cause chaos among the little town of Fairytale Cove.

Ursula was caught and faced court issues along with all other villains that accompanied her.

Initially Ursula , was under the age 18, allegedly not only committing fraud but also assault and battery within ten minutes of each other because she had thought she saw her beloved eels in the ice of a seafood store. She thought they were alive at first, but then when she stole a credit card of her evil sister, she bought the eels but when they didn't talk, she beat the manager who had sold her, the beloved eels she called friends, and pets. She had committed a tort, and an intentional tort at that. Due to her age it was determined that she could only be charged with damages because her sister duly influenced her charging her sister with strict liability.

It did not stop with Ursula, it traveled to the Evil Queen who in search for Snow White, she looked in John Does's house! She tore the house apart as if she would be under the couch, or in the toilet. Even went as far as using the wibbly wobbly timey wimey machine that we called the computer and she gave the computer a major virus which held a great amount of books he had written and wanted to get published. She even sold the faulty computer to an unsuspecting family of 23. When the police found her after the complaint was made by John Doe they had explained to the evil queen that she had committed more than one tort, including but not limited to conversion, invasion of privacy and trespass to privacy, they even went as far to collect the family who had bought the computer and considered them convertors.

Unlike the person who Ursula assaulted, John Doe, as the plantiff filed the complaint for the previous mentioned issues. In obtaining his summons, he soon realized that the Evil Queen began defaming his good name as a citizen in the town both libel, and slander was spread through the town saying very bad things that could effect his business

Soon his big business began losing income as she said and did more and more. Finally, the defendant received the summon and complaint, within hours she had filed a very rude, inconsiderate and untruthful answer to the complaint.

The Evil Queen had claimed that she had a false imprisonment and claimed negligence though it wasn't a valid defence or applicable in this case for the Civil procedure. There were futher pleadings and discoveries for case Queen vs Doe and led to a pretrial hearing the next day. The appointed judge just happen to be the Mad Hatter. He was strangely normal for that day. Eventually the trial came and was ajourned for the verdic and judgement within the next week. The trial happened to be on little Bebe's birthday and she was sad her friends were in trouble.

She just couldn't understand her friend had done a time out chair thing. She was in the court with her parents because it was a public trial, and she raced up to the Mad hatter and sat in his lap even though the baliff tried to stop her he allowed it as he was prepared to give his punishment to the Evil Queen. She talked in hushed tones to him, and eventually he nodded and said, "Miss. Queen do you understand you have the right to appeal my diescion should it not be in your favor?" she replied, "yes your honour."

"Miss. Queen as to the advice of a darling girl i wish to hold you accountable for the damages you have done to John Does and you shall pay back restitition based on punative damages and I cannot hold you accountable for the compensatory damages due to it being indirect. You are to pay 100,000 dollars in damages to his house, his computer and the damages."

"Yes, your honor. I will accept the verdic and pay the money."

"Court ajourned. You have this little girl to thank," He walks off and Bebe approaches the Evil queen and her heart melts and she hugs the girl and she managed to see the wrongs in all she had done. The villains were villains no more and they faced something they had never been able to achieve before...

Their happily ever after...
