She stood upon the cresent moon,
her barefeet pressed upon sand.
A crystalized sand,
with tiny glass shards
mixed within the moon dirt.
The tears of the stars around her
mixed within the substance,
the stardust pressed deep into
the moon.
Ebullient,
glittering,
glimmering, tears.
Tears mixed with salt,
salt from the mermaid
tails below on Earth.
Her bow was raised,
her arrows set and held in
place.
Aiming, with her chatoyant eyes;
much like a cats,
she let go.
The arrow soared across Mars,
Saturn,
and Venus.
It suck him in the back;
sucking the life out of his lungs,
the blood out of his veins.
Gushy, gory, crimson
blood trickled out of his wound.
Scarlet,
cerise,
blood.
A wine colored blood,
seeping out of his flesh
and through his clothes;
the clothes weaved with strands
of water.
She killed him,
just as he killed her.By Laura
