EPILOGUE
“Ugghh... Xander pick up your phone”
I’m driving to his office right now. Malapit na yung kabuwanan ko yet here I am still driving to my hubby’s office because he forgot his shits kakamadali.
Naka-leave naman na si Xander but there was an important meeting na he can’t say no.
Pinagtitinginan tuloy ako ng mga tao. Antagal ko na din kasing nawala dito and hindi pa nila ko nakikitang buntis.
Hooo... Konting tiis na lang Andy.
As I was waiting for the elevator na direkta sa opisina ni Xander, nag-ping naman yung kabila. Ayoko naman sumakay dun noh.
“Andrea?” rinig kong tawag sakin.
Paglingon ko it was Aries.
I’ve never seen him in a while, after namin bumalik from Palawan hindi na ko nakipag-usap sa kanya.
“Hi” I smiled.
I don’t wanna be bitter especially since buntis na ko.
“Pababa na din si Xander” sabi nya.
I just nodded in reply. Buti naman ayoko na atang umakyat.
“Wow, you look... umm... pregnant. Very pregnant” he said looking at my buldge.
“Yeah” habang hinihimas ko yung tyan ko.
“Andrea you look happy” he said.
I looked at him and I can see that he really is happy for me.
“I am, thank you Aries” and I smiled a genuine smile at him.
“I just wanna say sorry for being a prick and a jerk. Masaya ko na Alex makes you happy”
“It’s okay. Matagal ka na namin napatawad ni Xander”
He look relieved at what I said.
“So is it a boy or a girl? I wanna be the best Tito you know”
“It’s both”
“Both??”
“Yeah, they’re twins. You wanna touch them?”
He looked shocked at what I said.
“I... I can??”
“Yeah, go ahead”
He touched my tummy and the kids kicked.
“They kicked” nagulat nyang sabi.
Tumawa lang ako sa expression ng mukha nya.
Natawa din siya.
