"Good morning, Baby Kirbs." Maine greeted the little kid as soon as he opened his eyes. She gave him a smile and opened the windows to let some morning sunlight enter the room. Kirby rubbed his eyes with the back of his hands before he sat up slowly.
"I want to sleep." He said.
"Baby Kirbs, di pwede ... aalis kayo ni Daddy ngayon di ba? Pupunta tayo kay Lala. Come on na, nagluto na ako ng breakfast ... pati yung favorite mo." Maine told him.
"HOTDOWWWWWWG????" Kirby asked in a lively and enthusiastic tone.
"Kala ko Pancakes favorite mo?" Maine asked back and he moved his head vehemently from side to side.
"So ... hotdog na favorite mo ngayon?" she asked again and Kirby nodded.
"Hay naku, mag-ama nga kayo ... parehong mahilig sa hotdog." Maine commented. A few moments later, she was able to bring Kirby out of his room. The two then went downstairs and went straight to the kitchen.
"Dito ka lang, ah? Gigisingin ko lang si Daddy mo." Maine said to Kirby after helping him get on his chair.

That familiar voice instantly caused butterflies in her stomach. Maine then turned around and saw her shirtless boss coming down the stairs. Her eyes widened at the sight of his flawless white skin, Maine gulped and looked away for a second to compose herself. And when she turned back, RJ was only a feet away from her.
"Good morning, Daddy Lodi!!" Kirby greeted after RJ messed his hair.
"Daddy nga." Maine muttered to herself, eyes stuck on his chest and abs.
"May sinabi ka?" RJ asked her and Maine suddenly snapped back to reality.
"Ah ... wala ... WALA!"

"Maine, ngayon na yung punta natin kina Lala ah? Paki-paliguan na lang si Kirby." RJ told her. Maine nodded and emptied her cup of coffee.
"Kumusta na nga pala yung date niyo ni Ivan kagabi? Did it go well?" he then asked and Maine almost choked. He quickly patted her back and waited for her to recover.
"Okay lang naman ... okay lang. Thanks." She replied and he went back to his seat.
"Nag-enjoy ka ba kagabi?" RJ questioned her again, curious as to what happened between her and Ivan the night before.
"Pwede na ... pero parang may kulang."
"Siguro ako yun, wala ako dun eh. Kung nandun siguro ako nag-enjoy ka."
" Wow, sige push mo yan. Parang hindi ka tumawag ng limang beses kagabi ah ... tapos every 30 minutes pa. Daig mo pa nanay ko eh." Maine replied and RJ smirked.
"To be fair, I'm just making sure that you're okay ... mahirap na sa labas ngayon ... I just want to know if you're safe." He reasoned out although that wasn't the correct one.
"Sus ... reasons pa more. Buti nga hindi nainis si Ivan eh. "
"Well, he's a nice guy." RJ commented.
"Siya nice guy, eh ikaw?" Maine retorted.
" ... I'm a hot guy."
"HOMAYGAHD ..."

"Shnacks?? What isnaks?" The little boy asked.
