"What was he doing there?" RJ asked Maine as soon as she got into the car with him. Maine shrugged and moved her head from side to side.
"Malay, baka mamaya ... sa inyo naman pa rin pala yung pinasukan kong trabaho." Maine said and RJ's eyes widened.
"What? Of course not! Teka, kumain ka na ba? Let's have dinner before I drive you home." He offered, hoping to be able to change the subject.
"Okay ... libre mo?"
"Of course," RJ replied with a huge smile on his face. "Kahit saan mo gusto."
"Oh sige ... parang gusto kong kumain nung ano ... yung korean food ba yun? Yung Sushi?"
"Japanese food yung, Love." He corrected her.
"Ah okay, yun na lang."
"Sigurado kang gusto mo? That's raw fish."
"Hilaw? As in?" Maine asked.
"Of course, ano sa tingin mo? Ipi-prito muna nila bago nila isama sa sushi?"
"Nope."
"Ay, ano na lang ... ihhh ... ikaw na lang bahala."
"Okay, are you ready to go?" he questioned her.
"Yup."
"Okay, let's go!"

"Ma'am ano po yung order niyo?" the waiter asked a few moments after giving Maine a menu. She glanced at RJ and saw a small smile on his face.
"Isang pasta tsaka mojos ba 'to? Ano yung? Patatas ba?" she asked and the waiter nodded.
"Okay, isang serving nun tsaka iced tea na lang."
"I'll have what she's having." RJ then told the waiter.
"Okay po, bale dalawang drinks ... iced tea, dalawang potato mojos, tsaka dalawang pasta?" the waiter asked them.
"Yes," RJ said. Maine then held his hand as soon as the waiter walked away.
"Kumusta ka?" She questioned him.
"I'm good."
"Sure ka? RJ, hindi madaling tanggapin kapag nalaman mong nagloko yung tatay mo tapos may kapatid ka sa labas." Maine uttered in a concerned tone.
"I know. But don't worry, I'm perfectly fine." He said with a feeble smile on his face. Maine just squeezed his hand after figuring out he was lying.
"Oh eto na lang, para mas-masya tayo ... may knock-knock joke ako." She told him.
"Oh God, here we go again," RJ commented and Maine rolled her eyes at him.
"Grabe siya. Mag-who's there ka naman. Support mo naman ako."
"Okay fine, who's there?"
"Matcha,"
"Matcha who?"
"Oohhh .... Look matcha made me do! Look matcha made me do! Look matcha made me oohh look matcha made me do!"
"Ugh, what is that song?" he asked.
"Ah yung kay Mamshie Taylor Swift. Yung 'Look What You Made Me Do'? Ganda kaya, parang budots lang." she answered.
"Hay nako ... pasalamat ka mahal kita-"
"Oh edi thank you."
"Hah?"
