"Arra, what the fuck did you tell her?" RJ asked his old friend as soon as Maine left them in the field.

"Nothing, we were just making kwento and she suddenly got mad." Arra replied. RJ took a deep breath and grabbed her by the wrists. He then leaned in and looked at her straight in the eyes.

"I don't have the time or the patience to tolerate you and your antics, Arra. I'm no longer the RJ that you used to know, so stop. I don't know what game you're playing ... and I don't even know why you even thought this stupid tour was a great idea ... but I'm telling you already ... you're not going to get what you want."

"I don't know what you're talking about. Let's go to your second cheap destination. I'm bored." Arra said nonchalantly before she removed her wrist from his grip.

"Maybe she was right, you changing and all that nonsense. But you didn't change for the best, you changed for the worst."

The rest of Maine's day went by miserably. After eating at a fast-food chain, the group just went around town and looked at the most ordinary sites she could think of. Maine could tell that RJ was doing everything he could to piss Arra off, but all of their moves did not work. The more they tried to make her feel bored and left out the more Arra became interested in what they were doing.

"Babe, just a few more hours and then we can get rid of her," RJ whispered and Maine just nodded. The words that Arra said earlier definitely affected her more than she thought they would. Maine wanted to brush them off but she couldn't, her mind started producing questions, the kind that only RJ would be able to answer.

"Okay, I change my mind. This is actually awesome." Arra then said after throwing an empty tray of fish balls in the trash can.

"So ... where should we go next?" She then asked them and the two just looked at each other. And as if right on cue, RJ's phone started ringing. Maine breathed a sigh of relief before she folded her arm across her chest. After a few moments, RJ placed the phone back in his pocket and looked at her.

"Sinong tumawag?" Maine asked.

"Si Cherry. Umiiyak na daw si Kirby, hinahanap ako."

"Pasunurin mo na lang kasi dito." Maine suggested.

"He doesn't want to. I really need to go there or else he won't stop"

"Does that mean this pathetic excuse of a tour is over?" Arra asked with a fake smile on her face and so Maine did the same.

"Ang saya di ba? Pwede ka na umalis." Maine said and RJ immediately stepped in between them to prevent any sort of fight from happening.

"Ugh ... fine. I'm just gonna have to tell my Dad that this so-called "tour" was basically torture." Arra said, smirking at them.

"Your father's only condition for the deal was a tour ... he wanted me to show you around and I did. We're done here, actually." RJ replied and Arra rolled her eyes at him.

"Whatever ... go now. I'll just wander around."

"You sure you'd be fine?" RJ asked and Maine once again looked at Arra.

"Yeah. I mean, I'll be here for a while so you and I still have more time to catch up." Arra answered, completely ignoring Maine's existence.

"Ate girl, umalis ka na kung aalis ka ... dami mong time." Maine whispered and Arra turned his eyes towards her.

"What did you just say?"

"Ah wala ... sige na, larga na. GO!"

Arra then stared at Maine for one whole minute before she said goodbye to RJ and walked away from them. Maine then breathed a sigh of relief before she turned his eyes towards RJ.
