Cassiopeia's POV
I was listening to the teacher talking about some kind of ancient ruin, when a small slightly mousey looking boy came in.

"I-I'm supposed to get Cassiopeia Lestrange" he muttered nervously.

"You may go Miss Lestrange" the teacher said, I grabbed my bag and slipped out of the classroom.

"Where are we going?" I asked him.

"I uh think your er... supposed to have your picture taken.. I- I'm Dustin smith by the way.." he said hesitantly.

"It's nice to meet you Dustin" I said. The poor boy seemed nervous, not surprising when your last name is Lestrange.

"Your supposed to go in here" he told me before turning and quickly going in the opposite direction. I walked into the classroom to see the other champions already there.

I went over and stood by Harry, "what did I miss?" I muttered to him quietly.

"They're going to check our wands to make sure they are in good condition for the tournament, and Rita Skeeter dragging me into a broom cupboard for questioning, but I'm sure that's perfectly normal" he muttered back.

"Her articles are nothing but rubbish" I said as Mr. Ollivander started checking Fleurs wand.
"Yes.. nine and a half inches.. inflexible... rosewood..and containing.. dear me" Ollivander muttered.

"An 'air from ze 'ead of a veela" Fleur told him "one of my grandmuzzers." No wonder she was so pretty that everyone stared at her.

"Orchideous" Ollivander said and flowers burst from the wand tip. "Ah now this is one of mine isn't it?"  He said enthusiastically as Cedric handed his wand over. "Yes I remember it well. Containing a single hair from the tail of a particularly fine male unicorn.. must have been seventeen hands, nearly gored me with his horn after I plucked his tail. Twelve and a quarters inches.. ash.. pleasantly springy... it's in fine condition you treat it regularly?"

"Polished it last night" Cedric said with a grin. Harry and I both looked self consciously at our wands. You could see finger prints on both our wands and we quickly wiped them off with our robes. I looked up at Harry and grinned a little.

Next up was Krum, "hornbeam and dragon heartstring.. rather thicker then one usually sees, quite rigid..ten and a quarter inches.. Avis" Ollivander said, birds shot out of his wand.

Ollivander moved onto Harry, "yes yes yes, how well I remember" he said looking at Harry curiously.

He spent quite a bit of time examining Harry's wand before he made wine shoot out of it and declared it in good condition.

Next was me, "miss Lestrange, if you would please" Ollivander said and I handed him my wand. "Ah Yes... how curious it was that you should be chosen by this wand.." he muttered. He looked at me with the same curious look he had given Harry.

"Cherry wood.. 11 inches...springy.. Phoenix tail feather.."

I glanced up at Harry, he gave me a confused smile. I tried to smile back as Ollivander muttered a spell and butterflies flew out of my wand. "Excellent condition.. yes" he said.

I thought we were finally going to be allowed to leave when we were forced to do photos. Skeeter kept dragging Harry to the front, he seemed irritated by this. I stood hiding as best I could in the back, thought the photographer seemed keen to have me in the picture too.

Finally, we were allowed to go down to dinner. I started to walk out with Harry when Dumbledore stopped us.

"Mr. Potter, Miss Lestrange, will you accompany me to my office please?" He said. I looked over at Harry, who shrugged.
