Cassiopeia's POV
The library was nearly silent, aside from the sounds of pages flipping and a few whispers. Fred sat next to me, glaring at the book he held in his hand. Why I had any hope I could have convinced him to actually read, I don't know. He was probably thinking about the fact that he had been kicked off the Quidditch team, or George.

We had tryouts for the new beaters and seeker earlier that day. I didn't have the heart to tell Fred we'd replaced them. The new beaters weren't nearly as good as Fred and George. Our new seeker was Ginny. She wasn't bad, but unfortunately it was rare to find a seeker as good as Harry.

George had finally decided to talk to me a few days ago. I'd been trying to convince him that if he would just talk to Fred, then everything would be fine. Unfortunately, I don't think I convinced him of anything. It was driving me crazy, Fred and George were supposed to be inseparable. Yet, here they are in a fight over some girl.

There was a DA meeting in an hour, causing me to constantly glance at the clock. I'd been studying for my O.W.L's for nearly an hour already. It was already December, and I couldn't risk falling any further behind. If I wanted to work as an unspeakable, I needed top grades.

"Ow! Fred!" I said suddenly as something hit the back of my head. It didn't take long to realize it hadn't been Fred. He was still glaring at the book. There was a crumpled up piece of paper lying by the leg of my chair.

"What? I didn't do anything," Fred said confused.

"I know, I'm sorry" I told him.

I turned around, looking for the source of the paper.

"Cas!" I heard someone whisper. Looking the other way, I saw Lee. I nodded to Lee him know I'd heard him.

"I'm going to go get a new book" I said quietly to Fred. He nodded as I hurried towards the shelves Lee was hiding in.

"What's up Lee?" I whispered.

"It's George" Lee whispered back.

"Is he okay?" I asked quickly.

"He's fine. But he wants to apologize... he's going to apologize, soon, I think. But you... you need to be there."

"Why do I need to be there?"

"You didn't see those two having a go at each other.. it was bad. Fred has a temper, and you're good at keeping him calm."

I couldn't help but agree that Fred has a temper. As for keeping him calm, there's only so much I can do. I sighed, but agreed. Lee shooed me back to my seat.

"Where's the book?" Fred asked as I sat down.

"Oh, I couldn't find the one I was looking for," I said.

After glancing at the clock again, I went back to work. Writing essays was a long process, especially when your teachers give you so many. After writing a few more lines, my essay for potions was done. I was halfway through my transfiguration essay, when I heard someone clear their throat.

Looking up, I saw George, and to my surprise the blonde girl I now knew was Kileigh. Fred was evidently trying his best to ignore his twin. I sighed and nudged him in the ribs with my elbow. It was obvious to me that George really did want to apologize to him. Fred looked up at me.

"Please Freddie?" I whispered. There was nothing I wanted more then these two to be getting along again.

"Fine.." Fred said. "Yes, George?" He said, his voice cool.
