CHAPTER26. THIS SUCKS!

ADRIAN’s P.O.V.

When I opened my eyes, Niall was not in bed next to me. I got up, I heard the voice of running water, oh! So he is taking a shower. But it’s just 8? Why is he getting ready so early.

I opened the door of bathroom and entered,

“Babe is that you?” he asked me.

“Yep, mind if I join you?” I said.

“Ummm I am sorry but I actually have to go somewhere, so-“

“Oh okay” is aid and exited the bathroom.

He has never done this, like turning down the offer of having a shower with me, or sex or whatever it is, I don’t know what is wrong with him.

I opened the fridge and took out the juice and poured it in glass for him and me.

Niall came out of the room, wearing his denim washed jeans and black tee shirt.

“Juice?” I offered him.

“Nah, I am in a hurry, so can you change? I will drop you at Cece’s place, you can take your car from there”

“I can stay here and wait for you”

“No you can not” he raised his voice.

“What?”

“I mean that I don’t know when I will be back, I have some important work, you will get bore here” he tried to cover up.

“What important work Niall?”

“I have some work, now please get ready”

I walked in his room and changed in my clothes and walked out,

“I will take a cab to Cece’s place” I said.

“I said I will drop you”

“No, it is fine, you have a lot of important stuff to do., I will be fine” I replied and walked out of his house, slamming the door.

Luckily I found a cab, and told him the address. The weird thing is that Niall didn’t even stop me. Like not even once he forced me to get in the car with him.

NIALL’s P.O.V.,

I feel horrible for letting her take a cab and not taking a shower with her, but I have some important stuff to do.

I locked the door and started walking to the car, when suddenly my phone rang, I picked it up,

“I am on my way” I said.

“Be quick” with that he hung up.

I parked in the parking lot of his house and made my way to the door. The door was unlocked, so I entered. Some guy showed me the way to where he, Dan was.yeah, this was the important work.

“Look who we have here” Dan smirked.

“I don’t have time for this, just tell me where Liam is” I said.

“Whats the hurry?”

“You fucking said you will tell me if I will do what you asked me to do. I did my half, now you do yours and tell me where he is”

“I don’t know” he replied.

“What the fuck you mean by ‘I don’t know?” I was about to hold his collar but some of his men stopped me and pulled me back.

“You are still the same, you are such a softy from inside, under all these inks and masculine body, you have this soft heart of yours beating huh?”
