CHAPTER20. KAREN'S CAFE
ADRIAN’s P.O.V.
“Adrian, love get up” Mom yelled from downstairs.
I looked at the time, it was just 6 am and it is Saturday, why is she calling me now?
“Yah coming mom” I replied and ran downstairs, hoping that everything is okay.
“Is everything okay?” I asked.
“Not exactly, but we have to go New York for like 3 or 4 days because your aunt Rachel is in the I.C.U. she met with an accident.” Dad replied.
“Is she going to be okay?”
“Hopefully” mom said.
I am pretty close to aunt Rachel, it is heartbreaking to hear this.
“Honey, don’t worry. We should be leaving in an hour, we have a flight to catch and yah we have left some cash.” Dad said when he noticed that my eyes are wet.
“Okay, but just keep updating me” I said.
“We will and honey, we don’t think that it is safe for you to stay all alone, why don’t you call Niall here or maybe go and stay at his place for a few days” Mom suggested.
“Okay, I will call him”
Mom and Dad left and it is 7:30 in the morning and I can’t go back to sleep. Urgh !!
I pick up and my phone and dial Niall’s number.
“Is everything okay princess?” Niall asked in a sexy, raspy early morning voice .I think he got scared that I called him this early in the morning.
“yah everything is okay” I replied.
“Okay” he said.
“Can I stay at your place for like 3 to 4 days? Mom and Dad left for New York cause my aunt is in I.C.U.”
“Sure you can babe, but is your aunt okay?”
“I don’t know, mom said she will keep me updating.”
“Okay, I will be at your place in 15 minutes to pick you up”
“Thanks, see you” with that I hung up.
I quickly took a shower and packed my necessary stuff, and changed into my black leggings and a loose T-shirt.
I closed the door behind me and walked towards Niall’s car.
“Hey” Niall said when I entered his car.
“Morning”
“you okay?” he asked me
“Kind fo but still I am scared, I love her so it is just”
“Its gonna be okay Adrian, trust me”
“Hopefully” I mumbled.
“You want some breakfast?” he asked me.
“Actually yes, I am hungry” I replied.
“I will get your order in 10 min” Karen replied.
We are sitting in Karen’s Café right now, where Niall works. The cafe is not opened yet, but Karen let us in and said she will cook for us
