Trigger warning for a scrawny little boy talking about his anger

They see and hear me shouting and screaming back at them in pure anger, insults and comebacks flying out my mouth before I can begin to calm myself down over the tiny comment they made about me. What they don't see is me after they're gone, me crying and clinging to my bedsheets like they're my fucking lifeline. They don't hear my brain constantly nagging me about whether I'm likeable, fun or whether I'm angry, annoying. They don't ever seem to notice me second guessing every thing I say and they certainly don't see it disappear completely when I get angry at them.
