"So, Yeah, I think we're going to see a movie on Saturday, if she wants to..." Jungkook was smiling into his phone; his cheeks were flushed bright red, and he was practically bouncing up and down since Y/N had messaged him to ask to hang out on Saturday.

Jin hummed from the other side of the line, "Well, show her a good time."

Jungkook pouted at Jin's lack of response. "Are you busy right now?" He asked, hoping Jin would give some advice.
Jin hummed again, "No, it's just I've been distracted with something lately myself. English is going to be the end of me," He sighed, and Jungkook chuckled at that, "You'll do great, Hyung."

"So, are you planning to tell her how you feel?" Jin suddenly asked, and Jungkook was caught unexpectedly, his heart skipping a beat at the sudden mention of her again.
"N-no, I'm not sure, I think its too soon..." Jungkook wasn't sure what to do. He'd had these feelings for so long, but he felt the more he repressed it, the more he got upset seeing her with other boys - the more he liked her.

Jungkook heard Jin tut from the other end, "Jungkook, if you want her, you're going to have to try. She probably doesn't even suspect you like her - at this rate Taehyung will end up asking her first, and guess what that'll mean?"
Jungkooks throat went dry. He didn't want to ask her so soon. Now wasn't the time..

But will Taehyung really steal her away from him?
Does Taehyung even like her like that?
Probably. He doesn't look at other girls like he does Y/N. And lately, Jungkooks instinct has been telling him to be careful with Taehyung...

But was it really necessary?

Ugh... what do I do?!

Y/N had always been someone special to Jungkook. She'd given him the encouragement and warmth he needed at his worst times, and she was just too good to him.
She was so kind, and so fun to be around. Jungkook felt he could be himself around her, and he always thought she was comfortable with him too.

Was Jungkook willing to give everything to her?

Yeah, most definitely.

It's just - does she want his everything?

Jungkook thought about his conversation with Jin a few days ago just as the bus was arriving.
He was still quite embarrassed that it almost slipped out when they were at his - and he couldn't believe he did that - he had no idea where it came from suddenly.
He really did want her.
Sigh.

You didn't know what to say to Taehyung. Something in your mind urged you not to tell him what you were doing - and you didn't know why.

You glanced over at Jungkook, who seemed to be deep in thought. He had his head down, and was staring at his converses with his hands fiddling on his lap.

You still wondered what had been bothering him lately.

You stared at the text from Taehyung, and eventually decided it would probably be best just to ignore it for now.
You closed your phone, and noticed the lights of the city all around.
"Oh, we're here!" You spoke, and Jungkook finally looked up at you. "Oh, already?"

Once you got off the bus, there was a number of paths leading to different places. One direction was a district of shopping malls, another for leisure activity and one for eateries.
The cinema happened to be in the eateries section.

You walked through the dark path alongside Jungkook, who was shivering slightly at the cold. You didn't really feel that cold, so you did what you could to warm him up a little in the short walk to the theatre.
