what would you do

If I am feeling immense pain,

What would you do to help ease my pain ?

Would you still be here or would you rather abandon me ?

Would you neglect my needs ?

If I don't remember you anymore,

Would you come and pay a visit still ?

Would you treat me the same ?

If I lose my sanity,

Will you be there to look out for me ?

Will you remind me of things I no longer remember ?

Or you'd take the easy solution and just leave me ?

If I am destined to be six feet under before you ,

Would you replace me with someone else ?

Would you give her the same kind and amount of love you gave to me ?

Would you look at her the way you look at me ?

I hope my love will still be the best for you ; for us.
