CHAPTER 13

Eunwoo lied down at the bed after a tiring night, celebrating his father's new company and had to communicate in English because he can't speak Russian. Faking a smile and tossing glass with literally every human beings that he passed by. Answering question why his father can't make it and he was taking his father's place and be a loyal son. What a boring life.

"I just want to go back to Korea" He rolled over the bed and let a loud sigh. He took out his phone and scrolled over his SNS account where he saw Heeyoung posted a selfie of her and Hongbin at the park. He liked the picture and smiled. At least she doesn't look sad as she has Hongbin by her side.

He then took a shower before continued his studies on business late at night. He checked all the files in the laptop about the company and read it all night. At the end he fell asleep at the table and woke up when the alarm started ringing. He lazily boiled water and heated some leftovers in the fridge. He took a bath and wore a black suit before he made some coffee and ate while reading some online news.

"Good Morning Mr.Cha." The Russian secretary greeted him as he entered the office and he nodded. She led him to his room and explained some works that he will do. He just nodded and looked around the big room. Whats the point of studying what he loves if at the end he will still sit in this kind of room and get a lot of money? "So we have a Korean staff that lives here and she's the one who mostly handled this company before its officially known. She will help you in whatever you need."

"Okay thank you" He waited until she left the room and landed at the couch. "Its not even starting but I already feel tired" He loosened his tie and felt the air conditioner filled the entire room.

"So where is he?" Yejin, the most familiar worker and the highest position after Eunwoo asked the secretary before she pointed at his room. She nodded and held all the big files that he needs to read and confirmed it before given back to the clients.

Knock Knock Knock

"Come in."

"Annyeonghaseyo Cha Eunwoo-ssi." Yejin smiled and bowed to him before he did the same. He finally felt relieved as he got to meet another Korean there. He noticed the files and helped her to put it down before asked her to sit. "Thank you."

"No, I should thank you since you are the one who handled everything here for my father. I expect a lot from you." He smiled.

"Its my work after all. By the way, you..really didn't recognize me? Cha Eunwoo?"

He frowned and stared at her. What does she mean by not recognizing her? Did they even met before? He surely heard that the secretary said she lived here, in Russia. "Excuse me?"

"Ah mianhaeyo." She showed her nametag, Yejin HAN. "Han Yejin? We went to the same high school?"

Eunwoo still thinking because he really cant remembered her. Plus it had been years since his final year of high school, how can he remembered everyone who went to the same school?

"I'm so sorry I can't remember you but how do you know me?"

She chuckled "Well because you're Hakyeon's cousin right? How can I didn't know you. I don't want to call myself this but if this can make you remember, I was Taekwoon's girlfriend. You remembered him right? The what people called them, VIXX right?"

Right after she mentioned Taekwoon's name he immediately remembered her familiar face. She's the one who always with them everywhere they go and acted like their manager and stuff. He only remembered that part since he also rarely met with VIXX since they were his seniors.

"Omg I'm sorry.. Now that you mentioned them, I remembered your face now" He smiled and she chuckled with his replies. "It feels a bit comfortable to work with someone familiar hahah so, do you move here right after you graduated?" They continued their conversation after the secretary served tea to them.

"Yeah, I mean right after he disappeared..I moved here."

"He..disappeared? Taekwoon hyung?" She nodded and let out a sigh. "Why?"

"You didn't know? After the 2015 robot competition, he just suddenly disappeared and no one actually knows where. He did leave a letter saying that he will be fine and there's no death news about him, it means that he's alive. To be honest I was so confused and wondered why did he do that.."

Eunwoo listened to her seriously. He remembered Hongbin told him that they lost contact just like that and the other might had pursued their dreams. Does he really had no idea where were they?

"How about your cousin, Cha Eunwoo. I mean I didn't hear any news about them especially Taekwoon, so at least your cousin knows something right?" He stared at her and yet another question came up.

"This is weird Yejin-ssi..Because I also have no idea about where's my cousin-" He stopped hies words to think.

"What? Are you serious?"

He nodded. "If you want to know about them, the only one that I got to meet is Hongbin hyung.. the last time I'm with my cousin was at his house but he said that he had lost contacts with all of them and had no idea where were they.."

"Is it also after the competition?" She asked and he nodded. "Why is this so weird.. Why does this feel like they were hiding something? I should have wait and meet Hongbin before I decided to move here. At least we can find all of them together."

He didn't respond anything. What she said was true after all. He felt like Hongbin was the only one from VIXX that showed up. He knew about the cheating and the one who should be guilty was Hongbin, but why are they hiding themselves like its all their faults but the one who did it easily showed up and moved on?

"You thought of something? Should we meet Hongbin and ask him?"

"I did, a few years ago. I was suspecting something but he seemed like there's no secret in him. Plus I can't be so doubtful about him because he's now in a relationship with my best friend.." He didn't know if he should felt regret believing Hongbin but if he did, he will be deadly worried about Heeyoung. What if Hongbin intended to do something to her after Eunwoo finally left her alone?

"Jang Heeyoung isn't it?" He nodded. "I also didn't want to be doubtful about Hongbin, I knew him too well, we were hanging together and he helped me to become close with Taekwoon. He also a good leader of them like how can I suspect him but its good to confirm about it first, right?"

"Even if we can confirm it, we still can't go back to Korea at this time. I don't think my father would even let me go back except when there's emergency. Because I know that he wanted to stay here and watch over me."

"Is there any weird thing about him when you guys become friends? Has he told you anything about when he was in high school or about his family?" She looked at him and waited for an answer.

"Weirdly, he never told us anything. I don't know if he told Heeyoung personally but to be honest he was too quiet that I became too curious about his life. He never mentioned about his family as well."

"Its a waste that I don't have his parents's contacts. I also think he already moved as I tried to find his house before I came here but I didn't make it. If he had the answer to where they are I will surely make him speak about it."

"You still care about Taekwoon hyung?"

"How can I forget about him. The way he disappeared made me more desperate to find him. There's must be a reason why he did that and left me just like that. We know how much we love each other tho.." She stared at the cup and held her tears.
