Wow, just wow. Who knew that a small town would be so festive. On the way to school every shop was decked out for Halloween. When we finally made it to the school there were students carrying decoration. Even my friends were carrying thing.

"You weren't lying when you said everyone participates." I said to Savannah. "What's all this stuff?"

"These could or could not be decorations for the Halloween party here at the school" She told me. Oh that's right the school committee want me to choose a theme.

"Princess Gabriella do you have any idea what the theme is going to be." A girl that never talked to me had asked.

"Not yet but I'm sure I will come up with something." I told her. She went back to help with the decorations.

"Spencer you need help carrying one of those crates?" I asked seeing her trying to look to make sure she doesn't bump into anything.

"No I got it." She told me. Soon it was time for class and everyone went on their way. While in class I started thinking about the high school party. Since the adults will b e having a masquerade ball, what if the high school was a fairy tale theme. Everyone could dress up as a fairy tale character but keep it more modern where it doesn't look like a little kid party. I was planning on being a modern day version of Snow White, everyone would be able to dress up as a princess or prince or whatever character or creature that would fit in a fairy tale. Yeah maybe the student committee will like my idea. I hope they like my idea if not I will be the laughing stock of the school and it would probably make the paper. I wasn't focus in class since I kept thinking about the Halloween party but the teacher wouldn't notice because we were taking a test so she might have thought I was thinking of an answer. Once all classes were over everyone started to put up decorations.

"Gabriella, you're needed in the gym to go over the party." Spencer told me.

"Alright thanks Spencer." I said but then remembered about her dad so before she walked off I grabbed her arm.

"You know your father is going to be standing near the door of the gym,why don't you talk or say hi for a bit." I said.

"I don't know, he's working right now as your bodyguard." She said.

"The mayor's not here just his daughter and she can't hurt me. Talk to your dad, when do you ever get a chance to see him." I said.

"During festivals and holidays mostly." She said.

"Then talk to him." I said. She was still hesitant on talking to him. I guess I have to bring out the big guns.

"I princess Gabriella Blackwood order Spencer I don't know your last name to talk to your father." I said. She looked at me wide eyed.

"Yes I pulled the princess card now go talk to him." I told her heading into the gym. There were a group of students sitting on the bleachers. I went to sit down but Mrs. Backas stopped me.

"Princess could you stand next to me for this meeting please." She said. I went to stand next to her. When I turned to face the students and notice that it was Britney and majority of the cheerleaders, some of the football team including Nathaniel's brother, and other students.

"Let's get started shall we. Does anybody have any idea what his Halloween party should be themed?" Mrs. Backas said. Britney was the first to speak.

"What about a masquerade ball. Our parents are doing it."She said.

"How about a Victorian style ball, where everyone wears clothes from that time." A girl said.

"Shannon, I don't want to wear a dress I can't breath in." Someone said.
