The last thing I remember before closing my eyes was Marcus in the living room. When I opened them again the lights were on. I got up to find everyone still knocked out but Gabriella was missing. Crap, Marcus has Gabriella. I need to fine James. I got up and went searching for James when I found him in the garage tied to a chair. There was blood trailing from his head from where he had a cut.
"James, James can you hear me." I said shaking him. He grunted a little until his eyes opened.
"What, what happened?" He said looking around.
"Marcus happened that's what." I said untying him.
"Where's Regina and Spencer?" He asked.
"They're still knocked out. I think Marcus had a smoke bomb that caused us to lose consciousness." I said. We were heading back inside the house at the same time the police had came.
"We got a call about an emergency." One of the police officer said.
"The princess has been kidnapped." I said following James.
"He's going to pay for this." James said heading towards the living room. When I looked back the officers weren't moving. It was like they were in a state of shock looking at each other with wide eyes.
"Did I stutter, move, do something, help my friends." I said. When I got to the living room, half of everybody was awake looking confused.
"Marcus knocked us out with a smoke bomb and took Gabriella." I said.
"What! Gabriella is missing." Trey said.
"Why do he want the princess?" Regina asked.
"He wants a second chance because he didn't have a chance with Nina. He killed Nina and prince Maximilian." I said.
What? Why?" She said.
"He wanted Nina but when he couldn't have her, he killed the people she loved. He's behind the attack on Thanksgiving." I said. I was helping Emily off the floor.
"James is this true. Did Marcus plan the attack?" Regina said looking at James. He nodded his head.
"Yeah Marcus plan the attack and everything that has caused the king heartache." He said. Regina looked like she was pondering over things. Then it was like a light bulb went off in her head. She looked back at James.
"Did he cause prince Michael accident?" She asked. James nodded.
"Wow ok but what does he gain by all of this." She said. At that point everyone was up.
"He wants to be king. Kill a king become a king." Emily said.
"Then we must tell the king." Regina said.
"That's the best idea I've heard since waking up and why are there police officers standing around." Donovan said.
"They answered the call." I told him.
"Then why aren't they doing anything to find Gabriella, we basically just said who the culprit is." Savannah said.
"We must go see the king but he is in a council meeting so I think it's best to talk to him there with the other council members." James said. We all rushed out of the house but I stopped myself when I remembered the drive with the video. I quickly ran back to the living room and looked for the laptop. When I finally found it I took the drive out and ran outside. There were news reporters and people standing around trying to find out what was going on.
"Nathaniel Ashford can you tell us what's going on. Why were the police called here, where is the princess?" Questions were thrown at all of us. I was just glad that none of us answered the questions. We all hopped into cars instead of our bikes some of us came here with. Soon we arrived at town hall. We just busted through the door forgetting a meeting was being held.
