CHAPTER 27: PREGGY

Rhian's POV

We decided to have the Press Con today. Three weeks from now, our movie will be released in cinemas. Surely they'd ask us questions during promotions so might as well unahan na namin sila. Earlier, we told them several details of our relationship. However, It's inevitable that some of them remain skeptic kaya we allowed them to ask us questions.

"We went through a lot of hardships, nagkahiwalay kami for reasons I don't want to fully put in detail. Pero ito lang masasabi ko, we had to part ways before due to unfortunate circumstances and not because of third parties or whatsoever. Sana huwag nang isali ang pangalan ng ibang tao. Ang mahalaga sa amin, na nagkabalikan na kami. And we love each other and we're happy.. especially now that it's just not the two of us." Glaiza answered for me when a reporter brought up Daniel's name.

She looked at me lovingly and gave my hand a gentle squeeze. She smiled at me and I smiled back before I softly nodded. It's time.

Glaiza and I have decided to finally reveal our daughter.

She stood and went to the backstage leaving the press baffled.

"Everyone, We'd like you to meet our daughter, Scarlet Miracle." Glaiza announced when she returned, now with Bubby in her arms.

It was very obvious how the press was instantly swooned the moment they saw Glaiza carrying Miracle. Sunod sunod na mga camera clicks ang narinig naman, they even moved closer. Di sila magkamayaw sa pagkuha ng videos and pictures.

Miracle softly smiled and waved at the people in front. Good thing she's not scared of seeing and meeting new people. And earlier, pinakiusapan din namin ang press to refrain using camera flashes, mabuti naman talaga at sumunod sila.

"Bubby, Say hi to them." I softly told her.

"Hi po! I'm Scarlet Miracle Ramos De Castro - Guevarra po." our little charmer introduced her self. She then gave them her sweetest and most adorable smile. Soon after, everyone in the room is raving about her sweetness and cuteness.

Napangiti nalang kami ni G sa isa't isa. We both knew Miracle has won their hearts over.

"Momma! Momma! Mommmyyyy" panggigising samin ni Miracle.
She was jumping up and down the bed.

Apparently, Glai forgot to lock the bedroom door last night. Bubby has grown enough to reach the doorknob and able to fully turn it. Mabuti na lang Glaiza and I agreed to never sleep naked whenever our daughter's at home.

"Good morning bubby. Kissy mommy." I told her while I move my body to lean my back on the headboard.

She cheerfully walked towards me and I welcomed her with open arms. She wrapped her arms around my neck and showered my face and lips with cute little kisses. Scarlet Miracle's the sweetest. She'll always be my baby. How I wish she won't grow up so fast yet.

"Wakey momma?" she asked as she sat on my lap while I hugged her.

"Let momma sleep first, okay?" I softly told her.

"Okay mommy."

She wriggled from my embrace to place her tiny hand over my belly.

"Baby brother is inside already?" she asked adorably with a smile across her lips and sparkling eyes. She asks me that question almost everyday. She's just as excited as Glaiza and me.

"No, not yet sweetie." I told her and kissed the tip of her nose.

"Whhhy?? Why not yet?" she asked, with a hint of sadness in her voice. Now that she's three, she now asks a lot of whys. We really try to listen to her every question and answer her as much as we can.
