why: The media was always on top of you and Tony. It felt like every day was something new for people to analyze. You once had a breakdown because it had become overwhelming. Tony was right beside you the whole time, taking care of you first. Needless to say things died down after some serious butt-kicking.

steve

why: You were guarded due to the nature of your job. When Steve strolled along, you peaked out from behind the door you hid yourself behind. Something about Steve was so delightfully intriguing that you held the door open for him. He was what you had to protect at all costs, and that was what mattered most to you.

lyric: long drive, could end in burning flames or paradise

why: The beginning of the relationship was...peculiar. Thor had been with another woman during the course of relationship building. You thought nothing of it until the Avenger women pointed it out. A few similar incidents followed, but the two of you always came back around.

lyric: i remember how we felt, sitting by the water and every time I look at you, it's like the first time.  

why: You came from a rough background that left you fearful of love. As soon as Bruce came in and showed you what unconditional love was, puzzle pieces fit together. It wasn't instant, but it was worth it. Things got rocky for a while, but Bruce was forever your's, and you were forever his; in every way, you were connected.

why: Being in similar situations left you and Bucky in vulnerable spots. Though you wanted whatever Bucky offered. You stuck around, and he did too. You would hold him before each mission, promising to be here even when the world was on fire. He would promise to make it back every time, and it never failed that he did.

why: Love for the both of you was never easy. It was the run around, the long nights of fighting and crying, the oil and water. When you were apart by choice, the world felt as if it had crumbled. You always described it as being lost in the woods. But even when you were lost, Clint was your compass. It was broken sometimes, but love brought you the rest of the way.

why: It was thrilling to love Pietro like you did. Every moment was more exhilarating than the last. You couldn't even imagine losing him. He had become your anchor, something that kept you grounded. It was always an adventure, and you would not trade it for a damn thing.
