(All of this is in Nate's POV)
(I am not Nate. That is not my name, nor is this character based of myself or anyone I know. This is not a self included fanfiction. Nate and his location is not true. This is just fanfiction. I do not believe everything Nate does, it's simply how I have his character portrayed)I was outside
Outside with Tarron
We haven't been outside in a while
It's nice
I love the brush of the wind against my skin
And the burning sensation of the rays coming from the sun
And the sharp grass beneath my bare feet
And the smell of the pollen as bees carry it everywhere right under our noses
I love it all
Tarron likes to pass the Frisbee
I don't
But I'll do it for him
He deserves only the best in life
He throws it to me
He's good at throwing
I tried to catch it but failed
'You're not even trying.' Tarron signed to me
I rolled my eyes
'Oh yeah? Watch this.' I signed back with a smirk
I threw the plastic object as hard as I could
It flew threw the air
Actually staying in a straight line
I actually threw it
I watched as it made it's way over the fence
Darn
I watched as Tarron looked back at me
He sighed as he slouched his shoulders
He began to walk over to the fence
I tapped his shoulder
'I'll get it.' I signed
'No, I can get it.' Tarron insisted
'I'm taller that you, how are you going to get over?' I questioned
'Whatever, should we get Pete and Kate?' He questioned
'No!' I quickly replied
He held up his hands in defense
'They'll be so upset.' I explained
He nodded his head in understandment
'So, who's getting it?' Tarron signed
'I thought I was.' I signed back
This was getting too confusing
I noticed the shadow above us
Tarron and I both looked up
There was a boy
He was young
But matured
He had brown swift hair
Bright blue eyes
And a confusing expression
Who was this man?
Is he dangerous?
What's going on?
We only stared at him in confusion
He bent down
I couldn't seen him
Until he came back up
This time with our Frisbee
He pointed to it
"Is this yours?" He said
He mouthed his words largely
He was loud
I hated it when people did that
"Uh, yeah. It's ours." I smiled
I'm not sure if I should trust him
He seems nice
But
I've been fooled before
"Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you were deaf." He chuckled
"I'm not." I paused, motioning towards Tarron, "Tarron is though." I explained
"Tarron." The man nodded, "I like your name." He said
I signed a translation to Tarron
'Tell him I said thank you.' Tarron signed
"He says thank you." I told the man
I wanted to ask a question
It might as well be worth it
"What's your name?" I signed while I talked
This way they both knew what I was saying
"Colby." I signed his name to Tarron, "And you are Tarron and...?" He pointed to me
"Nate." I replied.
"Well Nate and Tarron, you might wanna work on that throw." He smiled
Handing us the Frisbee back
And then he was gone
Who is the Colby person?
Was he safe?
I looked at Tarron
Tarron looked at me
I needed to think
I'm not good at thinking
Let me know what you think in the comments!
