The Host Club decided to take the day off, but everyone was sitting around bored out of their minds. Except Honey and I. We were eating cake and of course Honey had Usa-chan with him. Takashi stood behind Honey the whole time not saying a word as usual. I took another bite of cake smiling at Honey, he returned the smile.
I've known Honey and Takashi since we were kids. My parents were good friends with the Haninozuka's and the Morinozuka's. Once the Haninozuka's and the Morinozuka's came together my parents were thrilled. They wanted me to either marry Honey or Takashi. I know Takashi only see's me as another little cousin to protect and that's fine with me. I however have fallen for Honey.
Yes. Honey. We are more alike than Takashi and I. Honey and I like cute things and sweets. We both look younger than what we really are and we carry around something special to us. Honey carries Usa-chan and I carry a fox plush named (P/N) that my mother had given to me.
Although Honey and I have been dating for a couple months we've not had our first kiss. When we do it however would be my first kiss. I saved my first kiss for the one person that truly love, which is Honey. The longer Honey and I are together to more I fall in love with him. I sound like some love sick school girl, which is what I am.
"Let's go out and do something after school." says the twins at the same time.
"And what do you suggest we do?" asks Kyoya while pushing his glasses up. The twins grew mischievous smiles.
"How about a haunted house..." says Hikaru.
"... like the commoners like to go to." says Kaoru finishing his brothers sentence. Haruhi mumbled something to herself. Since I usually hang out with Honey I know Haruhi's secret. Well that and I accidently walked in on her while she was changing while I was looking for Honey. Everyone agreed to go, except me. I hate scary things.
"What about you (Y/N)?" asks Haruhi.
"Oh... um... I-I don't..." I stutter holding (P/N) closer to me.
"Don't worry (Y/N) I'll be there with you! Should be fun!" chimes Honey.
"I don't know Honey. You know I don't like anything scary." I say. He takes my hand in his and smiles at me.
"I'll protect you! I promise!" he pleads. I sigh.
"Okay, but only for you Honey." I say giving in to my sweet boyfriend.
"Yay!" he hugs me tightly, I giggle at him.
~Time Skip~
I had changed into a nice (F/C) sweater, black knee length skirt and white flats. I had just brushed through my hair, I didn't feel like styling it. It would probably get messed up anyway. My phone dinged letting me know I had a text. I walked over and grabbed my phone off my bed.
Honey- Takashi and I are on our way to pick you up be there in 5 <3
I smile, but the fear is beginning to form in my chest. I took a deep breathe and let it out.
Me- Okay see you when you get here <3
I put my phone in my purse and lay it on the bed. I walk over to my vanity and look in the mirror. I had put on some light make-up, nothing to fancy though. A little blush and mascara. Honey says I don't need to put any on because I'm already beautiful without it.
"Okay. Everything will be okay. Honey will be there and so will Takashi. I'll most likely be near Honey anyway. If I get scared I'll just hug Honey." I say to myself. I sigh. "Why did I agree to this?" There was a knock on the door.
"Miss. Mitsukuni and Takashi are here for you." says one of the maids.
"Thank you." I say. I walk over to my bed and grab my purse then walk out of my room and down stairs. I see Honey and Takashi standing there dressed in their outing clothes. Honey smiles at me.
"Ready?" he asks.
"No, not really." I say nervously. Honey grabs my hand and holds it firmly in his. It made me feel a little better.
"I've got you. Nothing will get you." he says. I nod my head. We walk out of the house and over to his limo. He gestures me in first then he and Takashi get in. I look down at my lap and play with the hem of my sweater. Honey puts his arm around my shoulder and pulls me close. I look up and smile at him.
The driver wasn't that long, but now we're standing at the entrance of the haunted house. My heart felt like it was trying to jump out of my chest. There was a black curtain you had to walk through and I saw fog seeping out from under it. The bander had a skeleton head and arms coming off it. I was so busy looking at the banner I didn't realize that Honey had started dragging me into the building.
We walked down the dark hallway which was dimly lit with flashing lights. The walls were decorated with fake spider webs and fake blood. As we walked along there were spots in the wall were they had put mannequins of monsters. Well... I had hoped they were mannequins. I held Honey's hand tightly staying close to him.
I was watching the monsters on the right side of me since they could easily jump at me. I swear I had seen one move, the zombie. I heard a noise on the left so I looked quickly to see what it was. Then the zombie jumped out at me growling, causing me to scream and hug Honey's waist. Honey put his arm around me and we walked faster and took a right.
This hallway looked like a small closet. Clothes hung on a rack on either side of us. I hadn't let go of Honey and I wasn't planning on it any time soon. I just looked straight ahead hoping nothing would touch me. We continued walking and I could see the end just a couple more steps. Just then something grabbed my ankle making me scream and pull my foot away. We walked out of that room into another one that looked like holding cells.
Chains hung on the in sides, they held skeletons. I knew those were fake, but they made them look scary. As we walked by the cells I saw someone crouching down in the corner. They turned their head and hissed making me jump. I hid my face in Honey's chest. I let him lead me the rest of the way out. Soon I could see sunlight and I couldn't be happier. I was glad they decided to take the short route. Everyone stood around talking about how it wasn't scary for them, but I was still hugging Honey.
"You okay (Y/N)?" he asks. I shake my head. He make me loosen my grip enough se he could see my face. He cups my face with his hands. Before I could say anything he connects our lips in a sweet kiss. The fear I felt had faded away, my heartbeat became steady once again as I kissed him back. Of course though the lack of air made him pull away. He laid his forehead against mine and smiled at me. "I love you (Y/N)."
"I love you too Mitsukuni." I say using his full name.
