~Some years ago~
I was in my room after I had finished my studies, sitting at my table with my tea set. I had my teddy bear sitting to the right of me, my doll sitting in front of me and my (F/A) sitting to my left. I picked up the tea pot and poured some tea into Burnard's (bear) tea cup, he was given to me when I was five. Suzie was new, I just got her yesterday. She had (H/L) (H/C) hair and (E/C) eyes. She was made to look like me, it was a little weird if you ask me though.
I looked at Patch, I've had (him/her) ever since I can remember. (He/she) was my favorite out all my toys. (He/she) was also a (F/A) which is my favorite animal, I smiled at (him/her). When I was sad or mad they helped me through it, I don't know what I'd do without them. I smiled knowing that Patch will never leave my side.
My door opened and mother walked in. She walked over and kneeled beside Patch and I. She put her hand on my head and smiled at me. Honestly she was kind of scaring me, she never comes in without knocking first. I hope nothing is wrong.
"(Y/N) put on your best dress and come down stairs please." she says. She stands up and walks out while closing the door. I looked at Patch.
"You're right Patch, that was weird." I say. I stand up and go to my closet and pulled out my best dress and changed into it. I picked up Patch and walked out of my room and down stairs into the living room. I saw mother and father sitting on one couch while another man and woman sat to the other one with a young boy about my age. He had brown hair which almost fell into his red-brown eyes.
"(Y/N) this is Kaname and his parents." says mother.
"Hello." says Kaname.
"Hi." I say hugging Patch close to my chest.
"(Y/N) parents have agreed with us, the two of you will marry when you're older." says Kaname's father. Kaname and I looked at each other in shock. I turn to look at mother and father.
"I don't want to marry him!" I say while pointing at Kaname.
"What about me marring Yuki?" asks Kaname.
"Kaname, we are going to arrange another marriage for Yuki. This is show that the Kuran name and the (L/N) name have and will always have a good bond." says Kaname's father.
"Sweetie this is for our family name. You have to marry Kaname, you have to keep the peace." says mother. I turn and look at Kaname again, he looks at me as well. Pure hatred covered his face, I'm sure it covered mine as well. I hug Patch closer to me trying my best to not lose my temper anymore than I already have.
~Cross Academy~
I was dressed in my uniform ready to get class over with. I walked downstairs and sat with the others. Ruka looked like she was in a mood, but when isn't she? Takuma smiled at me. Rima, Senri and Akatsuki's expressions didn't change. We could all hear the girls screaming outside, they made my mood worse. We all turn our attention to the stairs were Kaname was coming down. I sigh and stood up with the others.
We all walked out of the dorm and made our way towards the gates. I walked beside Kaname, not that I wanted to. It's been years since Kaname and I were told of our arranged marriage, yet I still have a strong disliking towards him. Over the years I've become accustom to Kaname's attitude and how he goes about certain situations. However that doesn't mean that I have any kind of love or compassion for him.
The gates open and reveale all the screaming day class girls. That's another thing I hate. All the screaming, fangirling, prissy girls. All their "OMG there goes such-and-such" or their "Notice me senpai!" all the while trying to get passed the disaplinary committee. Which only consisted of Zero Kiryu and Yuki Cross. Yuki looked like she was havinf trouble keeping the girls back on her side, but she was doing better than I expected.
