I'm done with today. Today has been the worst day I've had so far in my life. It started off with the rest of the group going out on a mission and leaving me behind. Once I caught up with them they were fighting a hoard of vamps that were hiding in a cave. One of them snuck up behind me and bit me.
I turned and killed it, but the poison was spreading fast. The only way to be turned is to be turned by the hoards leader. Thank the stars Merlin was there and had an antidote for the poison. Then the Captian scolded me for not being careful.
Once we got back to the tavern I went into town. To say the least I got caught in the middle of two diamond Holly Knights fighting. I already wasn't in the mood so I put a stop to their fighting and continued my walk hoping things would get better. However a few kids came running in my direction and stopped. There were about four kids, three of which looked at me in admiration.
The fourth kid however grimiced at me. He then proceded to kick me in the shin and run off. The three other kids apologized for their friend and ran off after him. I started walking again, but then I ran into Vivian who cursed at me for helping Merlin ruin her chances with Gilthunder.
I told her that he loved Princess Margaret and not her so she had no chance with him. She then put a curse on me which caused me not to be able to speak. That was the last straw. I went back to the tavern and found Merlin. I wrote out what Vivian did and Merlin reversed the effects of the curse. I thanked Merlin and went and sat on the edge of a cliff trying to calm myself down.
After about an hour or so someone sat beside me. I didn't even have to look to know who it was. It was my fox sin boyfriend. I sighed and crossed my arms.
"I'm fine." I say to him.
"No you're not." he says. I growl in anger.
"Well what do you expect!? My day has been the worst!" I say and start rambling about my day. Once I finished I crossed my arms and glared out into the valley below.
"Well at least nothing else can go wrong." he says. And what happens next? It starts raining. I turn and glare at Ban.
"You just had to say that. Didn't you?" I ask. I could see the sides of his mouth twitch. It made me even more mad. "Don't. Don't you do that."
"Do what?" he asks trying not to smile yet.
"You know exactly what." I growl. Then he gives me his goofy grin he has when he hasn't seen the Captain in a while. I try to hid the smile trying break out, but it doesn't work. I smile right back at him.
"There's that smile I love to see." he says patting my head.
"I hate you sometimes."
"If you did you wouldn't fantisize about me in your sleep." he says with a smirk. I felt the heat rise in my face. I clutched my hands into fists.
"I have never done that!" I yell making him chuckle.
"That might have been my fantasies about you then." he says making me blush even more.
"You're discusting Ban." I say. He wraps his arm around my waist and pulls me close to him. He leans down by my ear.
"You'd be lying if you said that the thought hasn't even crossed your mind at least once." he says causing a shiver to run down my spine. He chuckles and grabs my chin forcing me to look at him. "I love you (Y/N)." He says then kisses me. I was still in a state of shock, but I eventually kissed him back. Once we needed air he broke the kiss. I shivered since it was getting dark outside and it was getting colder.
"It's getting could." I say. Ban picked me up and carried me back to the tavern. He laid me down on his bed. He locked the door and crawled over top of me. "What are you doing?"
"I'm helping you get warm."
"What about King?"
"He can sleep somewhere else. The two of us will be busy for the night." he says with a smirk.
