chapter 17: he has a point...

isabella's P.O.V

me and Gerard entered the house and I see Frank coming down from upstairs.

Frank:"hey so how was school? did it go well? please tell me it went well."

Isabella:*laughs* "it went fine."

Frank:"ok. well come on G, we gotta practise for the next gig."

Gerard:"I'll be right there I just gotta take care of something first."

Frank:"gotcha."

he says as he heads towards our basement leaving me and Gerard alone.

Isabella:"school stinks."

Gerard:*laughs* "why?"

Isabella:"prom is coming up."

Gerard:"Oh cool."

Isabella:"yea not really."

Gerard:"what's wrong with prom?"

Isabella:"they usually turn out boring, especially if you go alone."

he was about to speak but then Mikey walks in.

Mikey:"Oh hey guys, um Frank wants you downstairs G."

Gerard:*sighs* "fine."

he says as he heads downstairs while Mikey grabs some orange juice.

Mikey:"I know you like him."

Isabella:"what are you talking about?"

Mikey:"you and my brother. I can see it in your eyes, even his."

Isabella:"is it really that noticeable?"

Mikey:"to me yea but to the guys no. they don't know anything about love. but G tells me a lot about you during the night."

Isabella:"he does?"

Mikey:"yup 24/7."

Isabella:"wow.."

Mikey:"look I'm rooting for you guys, I'm on your side but G still hasn't broken up with lynz...I try telling him to do it but he doesn't want to hurt her."

Isabella:"what's your point?"

Mikey:*sighs* "my point is...is that you should stop hanging out with G until he breaks up with her."

Isabella:"what?! are you serious?!"

Mikey:"yes, you ignore him. if he wants to hang out you ignore him until he breaks up with her. Gerard Is not a cheater. I know him and he would never do something like that. so just..stay away from him."

he says as he picks up his juice and heads downstairs with the guys.I can't believe he just said that...I thought he was cool...well I mean...he did say he was rooting for us but I guess he has a point...what should I do? should I wait for them to finishing playing so that I could say bye and leave or should I just leave?

I'm torn. I really don't know what to do...but I finally made a decision. I grabbed my coat and started walking out, I know I'm walking away from my own house...that's why I'm walking to Teresa's house...

Gerard's P.O.V

we finished rehearsing and we went upstairs to get some water, everyone was excited to drink water but me I was just excited to see Bella again, we entered the kitchen but I didn't see her, everyone was taking sips from their cold water bottle while starring at me since I wasn't drinking any.

Bob:"what up man?"

Gerard:"nothing...I just...need someone to talk too."

Lies. I just need her.

Mikey:"well shoot. we're all listening."

Gerard:"no...I meant like a girl."

Frank:"then call lynz."

Gerard:"someone who's not my girlfriend."

Mikey:"um guys let me talk to G and you guys go ahead with your water, we'll be right back."

he says as they all nodded and took me upstairs to talk.

Mikey:"just say it."

Gerard:"what?"

Mikey:"you want to talk to her."

Gerard:*sighs* "I want to talk to Bella."

Mikey:"call her."

I nodded and started dialing on her number

Mikey:"put her on speaker."

I sighed and pressed the speaker button while we waiting for her to pick up, then I hear her sweet voice.

'on phone'

Isabella:"h-hello?"

Gerard:"hey bells! it's me G and Mikey."

Isabella:"Oh..uh..h-hey guys..."

Gerard:"bells what's wrong?"

Isabella:"nothing.I'm fine. I just...I...I gotta go."

Gerard:"what, bells wait don't-"

then I hear the line going dead. she hanged up on me. Mikey sighed and put his hand on my shoulder.

Mikey:"girls...well I guess you gotta call lynz."

he says as he walks out. what was that?
