A few drinks, only two, alone just the two of us, we weren't drunk, not even close actually, only two beers, music played for us
"Dance with me"
I stood up hugging him, we rocked back and forth to the music, I smiled resting my head on his chest. He kissed my forehead making me smile "I love you" he whispered I moved closer, which was impossible, whispering "I love you too"
We slowly danced to the music,I hugged him tighter, his fingers moved to my hair, he ran his fingers through my hair, the comfortable silence between us, was filled with soothing music from his phone

Four minutes, I smiled cuddling into him more, my face snuggled into his neck "lets go outside" he said taking my hand standing up, he took me outside wrapping his arms around my waist, the neighbors gathered out side
We all counted down, as soon as the clock struck 12 I felt a pair of lips on mine, I wasn't complaining at all, I wrapped my arms around the younger's neck, I pulled away "Happy new years angel" he whispered softly with a smile "happy new years" I whispered back as he kissed my forehead
I've never wanted to stay in someones arms so much
