Tay:

As soon as Jenna left I texted Jamie, I planned on making us a nice dinner that night. It was nice to have let myself move on, at first it seemed impossible, but then it became inevitable; Jenna was clearly in love with Hayley and hearing their plans to move in together made me realize it was obviously a serious relationship.

I met Jamie at a cafe when I had gone with Jenna to have breakfast with my friends about a week after Jenna arrived. We were both waiting for our orders at the counter. She was gorgeous, her dirty blond hair, mesmerizing green eyes and I can't say I didn't notice her nice ass as well. I jokingly flirted with her to test the waters and surprisingly she flirted back.

After our first encounter she asked me if I would like to go with her to an art gallery, it wasn't really my kind if thing, but I agreed. The paintings were stunning abstract works depicting people, animals and buildings. I later discovered that they were all done by Jamie.

I wasn't a very good cook so I didn't know how tonight would turn out. I looked on the internet to find the simplest, yet nice meal. It seemed almost all the recipes I saw were some kind of pasta dish. The simplest of which was one with mozzarella, tomato and basil. It had to be good, cheese makes everything taste good.

After a short trip to the grocery store I set the table, got a shower and about 10 minutes before Jamie was going to arrive I started cooking the pasta.

At 7:00 she knocked on the door. I opened it and greeted her with a hug and a kiss. We sat down at the table with the steaming spaghetti in front of us. We talked a bit as we ate and I invited her to lunch the next day, she accepted.

I was awake long before Jamie (I guess I wake up pretty early, I'm always up before everyone else). I cleaned the dishes from the previous night as I waited. At about 10 Jenna texted me to tell me when and where we were going to meet up that afternoon. Shortly after Jamie finally got up.

We were at the restaurant by 1:30, we had gotten there before Jenna and Hayley. They arrived less than 5 minutes after us. We all sat down at the table and started skimming over the menu. A few times I think I caught Hayley checking Jamie out, but I told myself I was just being paranoid, she wouldn't steal another girl from me.

After we had eaten we started talking and realized this was probably the last time we would get to see each other face to face for a couple months, we were all going to start touring again soon. WATIC was going to be touring the U.S. with Versa (aka. VersaEmerge), TA was touring Australia with Hands Like Houses and then Europe with Her Bright Skies, Paramore was going to Asia and had invited Icon for Hire as their opening act.

This was going to be a real test on our relationships, Jenna would have to deal with being away from both me and Hayley, but I'm sure she had given my band mates strict orders to keep a close eye on me and to call her if I did anything stupid.

At the end of lunch we said our goodbyes and agreed we would all meet up as soon as we were back.
