Jenna:

Hayley sat there staring at me. She didn't say a word. I started to sweat, had I fucked up? Was she not ready to hear that? Did she consider our relationship only physical? I guess it was kind of soon. We had only really known each other about a week. I was crazy to have said it, but she was all I could think about. I was so scared of losing her and with all the drama going on with Tay it had made me think about it more, building in my mind until I let it escape from my mouth.

"Jenna, I really care about you too, but let's not throw the 'L' word around and I don't mean lesbian." Hayley said, she looked like she was still in shock.

"I'm sorry, I don't know what came over me. I know it's a bit soon. Can we forget I said it?"

"Forget you said what?" she said to confirm that it was already forgotten.

The night was calm, there were no parties and almost everyone had gone back to their buses to relax. Hayley and I strolled around for a bit chatting. After the little incident earlier we realized we didn't actually know much about each other. We had been so caught up on the physical, superficial aspect of everything that we hadn't payed any attention to the details. It was nice to hear the more personal side; her favorite things, pet peeves and embarrassing stories.

We snuggled up on Hayley's bunk that night and just enjoyed the company, the small bed made us have to sleep really close to each other too which, as long as the air conditioner on the bus worked, was romantic. It was calming to hold Hayley as I fell asleep and kept the harsh thoughts and nightmares at bay for the night. It was a good way to end a stressful day.

In the morning we were woken by the sound of knocking on the door of the bus. Hayley went to go see who it was. Outside was Matt, he looked alarmed, yet amused.

"Jenna your psycho friend left you a note on the bus this morning." Matt said once he saw me.

"Fuck, what now?"

"Come see for yourself."

I walked out with him to our bus, all seemed normal until I was standing right beside it, Tay had spray painted on to the bus in bright red: "May the fire eat you up and leave you in ashes." It was quite creative and poetic, I had to give her that.

Hayley arrived after me and laughed when she saw it. She too agreed it was artistic. Tonight Alive and Paramore worked together all morning scrubbing the writing off, but several people walked by and saw it before it was gone. By now all of the bands knew about my dispute with Tay Jardine, some people were even starting to avoid me, especially the rest of We Are the in Crowd. This was really unlike Tay, something had to be going on, she had never had such a bad attitude before.
