Teala's POV

I giggle as Josh, one of Mason's friends, makes a funny joke.

I was at a party, sitting in a small circle where I was socializing with some "friends". They aren't really people that I enjoy being with without Mason, but are still cool to be around.

We were currently playing Truth or Truth, which is honestly the shadiest game I've ever played. Basically if the bottle points to you, the person who spun has to ask you a question, which you can either answer or bitch out and do a pretty bad dare; most of the time dares that could get you in lots of trouble.

Normally, I wouldn't play this game and find some other people to hang out with at the mass party, but today I was in a kinda rebellious mood.

I suck in a breath and smile as Mason spins. The bottle moves in a fast, clockwise position. It eventually starts to slow down, the tip stopping on me. I look up to Mason arching my brow. "Whatchu got?"

He crosses his legs and put pressure on his two hands behind him. "So tell me, which one of the Dolans do you fuck? Ethan, Grayson, or both?" he says, his cold eyes staring harshly at me.

My jaw clenches as the people surrounding me laugh. I look to the side before turning back to Mason.

"Can I talk to you for a second?"

He rolls his eyes before getting up and walking out of the room. I do the same.

We stop midways down the hall, and I cross my arms over my chest. "Why are you so obsessed with me and the twins? I'm with YOU, not one of them or both of them. Why can't you trust me?"

"Because, Teala, I know girls like you."

"Girls like me?"

"Yeah, you claim that you're loyal. And you claim that I'm the only one for you, but then you turn around and fuck other guys!"

"That is such a dick thing to say to me. If I won't have sex with you, what the hell makes you think I'm gonna go have sex with someone else?!"

"I don't have time for this. But one day, the truth's gonna come out. And when it does, you'll be sorry," he spits before walking past me, back into the room.

My body is on fire. I feel like I just want to punch somebody in the face. I'm sick of him. Sick of this relationship.

Sick of being treated this way.

I'm not doing this anymore. I'm ending it.

Thursday

Nope. Still haven't talked to Grayson. Do I necessarily want to? No.

He didn't understand that I don't want to talk about me and Mason. At all. And until he learns to respect that, I'm not mumbling a fucking sentence to him.

I hear my phone buzz as I am about to walk out of my room. Groaning, I turn around grabbing my phone. The caller ID read Mama Ruise.

"Hello?" I answer picking up the phone.

"Hey T, I just wanted to see how you're doing. I haven't seen you since Sunday," she says through the phone.

I rub my eyes. "I'm doing fine, it's kinda lonely here though."

"I'm coming home today, your daddy's gonna stay with Noah until Saturday."

"Okay." There is silence as I ponder whether I should ask my mom the question that's been burning in my mind.
