"OK, I'll bring dessert but don't tell mommy..." Ranveer whispered with a wink, getting up the couch and Ria clapped excitedly. They were about to watch a movie in the living room, just the two of them. Deepika wanted to watch it too but decided against it, as her eyes fought hard to remain open. She went to their bedroom to take a nap instead; turns out that the task of growing a tiny human can be quite exhausting.

Ria eyed the remote, on the couch, right next to her and then the TV in front of her, her papa was far away in the kitchen... She looked around before deciding to take ownership of the remote. She surfed the channels, not because she was looking for anything specific but because she's not allowed to. This is her chance, nobody's going to know...

She flipped one channel after another - random movies, advertisements, she even skipped the cartoons. Her goal was to find out what it's like to flip the channels since mommy and papa never let her. It must be something really good, she thought, and it wasn't half bad, quite entertaining... Suddenly, something caught her attention and it was enough to make her stop flipping. What she found was so interesting that she jumped off her seat and stood right in front of the TV.

Ranveer came back form the kitchen with a bowl of ice cream and found his daughter dancing and giggling in front of the screen. He smiled at the sight, that is until he recognized the song she was dancing to.

Bhatak rahi hai aankh ye

Malang ang.. ang ang

Atak gayi hai saans uske

Sang sang.. sang sang

Ria had found Ramleela on TV and was dancing to Lahu Munh Lag Gaya.

"Papa!!!" She exclaimed and pointed at the screen, completely forgetting that she was not supposed to change the channel. "Look! You and momma dancing!" She had never watched any of their movies because she was still too young.

Ranveer chuckled when he saw himself and Deepika on the screen. He remembered that day as if it had happened just yesterday. He remembered his heart beating fast, not because of the dancing, but because of the beautiful lady he was working with. Back then, he had no idea they would fall so deeply in love that he would want to spend the rest of his life with her. He had no idea that in a few years he would find himself watching [part of] that movie they worked on with their daughter.

He sat down on the couch with the bowl of ice cream while Ria remained glued to the TV. She jumped and danced and...

"Noooo!"

She protested when he changed the channel as soon as the song was over. "I wanna see, papaaa!"

"Look, I brought you ice cream." He handed her the bowl with a smile and Ria looked at it and then at the remote next to him.

"You can't watch that movie, Ri. It's for grown ups." He tried to explain and she pouted.

"Pleaseeeee..." Ria begged and Ranveer hesitated. "Papaaaaa! I wanna see the colours!"

Colours? The Holi scene... how much did she get to watch? "Come here, Princess." He set the ice cream aside and patted the seat next to him. "Why did you change the channel? You know you're not supposed to."

Ria climbed on the couch and then on his lap. "I saw mommy kiss you."  She giggled and patted both of his cheeks with her little hands, trying to divert him from inquiring about changing channels.

Ranveer smiled, it sounded like watched the whole song. "You've seen me and mommy kiss many times. Plus, that's the whole movie. It's just a short story of handsome guy and a beautiful girl dancing and it ends when he leaves."
