Today is finally my birthday. I honestly don't know how to feel. It's like I'm happy and I don't give a fuck at the same time. Jasmine walks in with a present.

"Can we please talk?"

"What can I do for you Jasmine?"

"Look I'm so sorry I wasn't here to help you. I beat myself up everyday about what happened. You have been here through everything with me. I miss my best friend"

"I already forgave you. But you switched up on me. Then when everything happened to me it was just to much for me. If your going to be my friend then your my friend if not then you can continue to leave me the fuck alone"

She grabs Akoni in a hug, Akoni wasn't trying to be mean but she didn't want her touching her. She Pat's Jasmine's back so she could let her go.

They pull apart

"What are you doing today?"

"I'm cooling with a few friends today"

"Can I come?"

"Um sure"

You know what's crazy shes supposed to my bestfriend and didn't even remember my birthday. Cash bought her the gift I thought was mine behind my back.

I go in the bathroom changing in to some high waisted white cut up jeans with a black crop shirt that says weed and a blunt on it. I wet my hair to get the curly look then putting a knot at the top. No makeup just some gloss.

Stepping out Jasmine watches me before putting a fake smile on.

"You look alright, look at you. You should put your hair up though"

"Nah, I'm good"

Jasmine pauses for a moment she's not the same person.

She goes to get ready coming back out with a deep purple dress that stops above her knees. She has her hair down with makeup on.

They walk out the house walking down the street.

"Why aren't you driving?"

"I don't need to"

Akoni speaks to all the dudes that's always lining Younging's porch. Younging steps up smoking a black and mild.

"Is that, is that Miss birthday girl"

Akoni smiles

"Chilllll"

He pulls her into a hug before leading her way in the house. When he opens the door all the people she's met since she started coming down here screams surprise.

"I'mma kick your ass"

"What? I ain't knew all these people was in here"

"You better stop before you get hit by lighting ugly. Thank you though"

"You know it's all love sweetheart"

Jasmine sits in the back while Akoni enjoys the party. Jasmine didn't even know she made so many friends, shit she didn't even know she knew how to dance.

What's bad Jasmine doesn't even notice that she forgot her bestfriend birthday.

Bradon walks in seeing Jasmine all alone while Akoni was dancing with some girls.

"What's up Jasmine?"

"Nothing"

"You look sad you want to get out of here?"

"Thought you would never ask"

"Ok give me one second"

He walks to Akoni giving her his gift. She gives him a hug before letting go and saying thank you.
